Zantrex-3 comes right out of the gate with boastful claims that it's not just another diet supplement in an already crowded market. Zantrex-3 says it belongs in a brand new category of super-charged, super-result supplements. Promising users up to five times the normal weight loss from other pills, and the energy you need, Zantrex-3 says it’s the fat burning, energy boosting pill that is going to win you over once and for all.
Zantrex-3 does come across as a high-intensity product that seems to focus more on the short-term rather than support for the long-term. You'll take Zantrex-3 about half an hour before each main meal - this will limit your appetite and you'll begin to see results in a couple of weeks.
Zantrex-3 contains three herbs that are not common, and there has been little research conducted - liex paraguarensis, turnera diffusa and Paulina cupana P.

I have been taking this for about 3 months now. You cannot just take this pill and expect weight loss. It works better when you exersize regularly and eat healthy. Yes in the beginning you will feel different due to the doasge of caffeine but after your first week you will be feeling back to normal.

Today is my first day taking zantrec 3, I decided to take one pill before meal until I see how I will react to the pills. I did have some stomach pain about 15 minutes after taking it but i drank some more water and it seemed to help. I would like to lose 30-40 pounds, so I will update in about a week.

IV'E BEEN USING RED BOTTLE ZANTREX-3 I HAVEN'T GET BAD SIDE EFFECTS. On Zantrex-3, does anyone else feel like a crack head coming down off junk!? I started using this product (red bottle) a few days ago. Wondering if anyone has had the issues I have... Shakes, hot sweats, extreme hunger, over exhaustion? It's like it's doing the opposite of what I wanted. I've been holding onto about 7 extra lbs for a few months and have had a very low amount of energy and the doctors have no advice so I tried this. I'm so far not a fan. I haven't even been able to take 4 a day in fear I'll be miserable!

I started taking about two weeks ago (blue bottle). I do Insanity work out at 430 am then weight training in the evening. I am a 5'10'' 200 lb man. I have had no side effects. It's not a miracle product, but it is showing some benefits. I will continue using it for at a least another month.

Has anyone else had pain by my left side of the back while taking Zantrex-3? I'm taking the pill my only question is I have back pain by my left kidney I guess its this ok on the firsts weeks of pill use. Thank you

i started taking the diet pill yesterday morning..4 a day and right after supper i started getting really sick i had to cancell work 2x already because i feel like i have to trow up..i did loose 4 pounds but it is not worth it if i feel like this..i am very tired and have no energy at all...so no i dont recommend this diet pill

I started taking them a couple weeks ago and have already lost more then 10lbs. I only take two a day, one in the morning and the other for lunch. I have to make myself eat because I am not hungry at all.........

I read a lot of reviews a out this product and nearly every review I read, people were saying great things about it. I ordered Zantrex 3 in May and I started taking it June when I got it.
posted Jul 21st, 2011 3:05 pmSince a lot of people said that it made them jittery and couldn't sleep, I started off by taking 1 pill everyday for about 2 weeks. I noticed no changes in weight, did not experience any jitterness or nausea but I was very awake because of the high caffeine. About 2 weeks later, I upped my dosage to 2 pills in the morning and same thing, I didn't not see any weight change. Now it has been nearly 2 months from using Zantrex 3 and I am taking 4 pills a day (2 before breakfast and 2 before dinner) and I have not even lost a single pound! I drink lots of wAter, I eat small portions throughout the day and I exercise perioodically but nothing! If anything, I have noticed I bloated up more and gained weight than have lost any. I am 24 and I weigh 192 pounds. I was hoping to get down to 135-150 but nothing.
I am just about done the blue bottle and then I will try the red bottle. I will write back with my experience with the red bottle.
