Will Zantrex-3 work if you crush up the pill?

well i have trouble swallowing pills, would it still work with the pill being crushed?

Actually, crushing any time of capsule is not such a good idea. In this case, the "pill" is actually powder stuffed into a gelatin capsule. There are a few ingredients that I wouldn't necessarily recommend letting come into direct contact with your throat, mouth, or mucus membranes.
