Diets in Review Question

Ive tried everything possible! HELP!! Can you use the red bottle if you are 17, 5'3 and weigh about 185 lbs? Because I'm truly serious about losing weight and have tried a lot of things!! I'm trying to lose about 60 lbs!!

I am 5'1 and started the Blue Bottle of Zantrex about 2 weeks ago.. i started at 148 which my usual is about 140.. i know i'm supposed to be small but ive got curves. i have lost 10lbs so far.. 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch.. thats it... it is not good for your heart so i would rather take longer and do it as healthy as possible..
You should do some reading on proper diet (no sugar!!! lower carbs!!! no takeout!!!) and then try and follow it for at least 3 months...keep a food diary. If you honestly cannot lose weight after 3 months of proper diet then YOU MUST SEE A DOCTOR. You may have a thyroid problem or some other prblem that makes it hard to lose weight!!
