Zantrex-3

Get a lean, mean body with the help of this supplement.

BACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

Zantrex-3 comes right out of the gate with boastful claims that it's not just another diet supplement in an already crowded market. Zantrex-3 says it belongs in a brand new category of super-charged, super-result supplements. Promising users up to five times the normal weight loss from other pills, and the energy you need, Zantrex-3 says it’s the fat burning, energy boosting pill that is going to win you over once and for all.

Zantrex-3 does come across as a high-intensity product that seems to focus more on the short-term rather than support for the long-term. You'll take Zantrex-3 about half an hour before each main meal - this will limit your appetite and you'll begin to see results in a couple of weeks.

Zantrex-3 contains three herbs that are not common, and there has been little research conducted - liex paraguarensis, turnera diffusa and Paulina cupana P.

PRO
  • Rapid weight loss
  • Lose more weight than with diet and exercise alone
  • Increased energy
  • Increase metabolism
  • Does not use ephedrine
CON
  • No emphasis on diet and exercise
INGREDIENTS
  • Xanthine
  • Guarana
  • Niacin
  • Green Tea
  • Ginseng
ADMINISTRATION

For maximum results, you should take two tablets 15-30 minutes before meals with a full glass of water. You should not exceed six capsules per day.

DIET and EXERCISE

No guidance given.

CONCLUSION

There are, of course, many dietary supplements on the market that make similar claims. The decision to choose one of these over another should be an educated one. So, you should enlist the advice of your doctor. Supplements should not be relied on as a stand-alone weight loss plan, as a healthy diet and routine exercise greatly impact results. Zantrex-3 explains on its site that the product has not been tested alongside any diet or exercise programs.

Ok so I took it yesterday and I didn't make me feel good. Today it made me super sick. Going to RR like at 4am and stomache cramping. It did get me jittery and my chest was hurting and I just took one pill this morning and another one around 4:30pm for dinner. I drank a lot of water as well. Good luck to those who try it in the future!

I have been taking this pill for a week now and I absolutly love it. I have tried a few others but this is by far my favorite. doesnt make me feel sick or anything, it just reduces hunger, increases energy and I have lost 4 pounds this week. I hope it keeps working because I would like to loose about 40 more by spring (or at least before summer)

Seems to be working well, I have lost 10 lbs in a week and do an hour of cardio and 40 minutes of lifting weights a day, 6 days per week. Of course with any diet pill you must have some sort of exercise program heavy on cardio and eat right... This is not a magic pill, if you do not exercies and stuff your face with fatty foods it will not work for you.

I take Zantrex 3 in conjunction with the low carb diet I'm on and can tell you this product really works. I take 2 tablets before my main meals and I do light exercise daily. 10 minutes in the morning on my treadmill and 10 minutes before bedtime. I lost 50 pounds in 3 Months. But remember, I am also using the product while on a low carb diet. I wanted quick results and you can achieve quick results if you do the same. I'm a true believer in this blue pill. Good stuff, REALLY!!!

I followed the directions. I ate with it but i ate healthy and smaller portions.
I take two before everymeal. I dont get jittery, I can sleep well. I dont starve. I dont get itchy I dont get irratated that bad. I started taking it two weeks ago and I've lost ten pounds in two weeks. I hope that this pill teaches me how to eat less and helps me untill i have the control thing down on my own. I dont think its too expensive for something that acctually works. I'm going to take this pill for a long time I can tell. It really works.

I took Zantrex 3 about 3 years ago after I had my daughter and I lost a little over 30 Ibs in 3 months. I went from a size 16 to a size 8. This pill really gave me a lot of energy and decreased my appetite. I would always feel very full very fast. I have been so busy with work I have slacked off big time with working out and not watching my food intake so I have gained a few pounds. Im now determined to get back on track so I think I will start again with Zantrex 3. Hopefully I get the same results I did 3 years ago.

i first tried it a couple months ago. the niacin was an overload and i broke out in red itchy blotches. it scared me but then i found out that it was just a reaction to the niacxin. once you get used to it, it works. i had to stop taking it just because of money issues. but now i take about 4 pills a day. 2 before each big meal. ive bought healthy food. it helps me cut way back on my meal portions. i have energy. and ive lost about 3 lbs in the past week. its the only weight loss pill ive actually stuck with for longer than a couple days. i dont get headaches or feel nautious- alot of that is people that aren't used to caffeine because if u drink alot of coffee and then stop- u get the same side effects. i think the pill works great. i would recommend it for people who do well with alot of caffeine

I'm trying the power crystals. I bought them Thursday, Used one Packet Friday morning, one Friday night to saturday and another Saturday (I was camping Friday so didn't mind staying up). I mix a packet that is supposed to go in 16 oz of water into 32 oz and sip on it. So far it hasn't made me nauseous or jittery and I haven't been as hungry as usual. I think the pills would probably be too concentrated for me. I plan on only taking one packet during the morning of each day through the week so I can sleep well for work. I'm fairly sensetive to medicines and suppliments so I would never take anything as much as recommended. I think this is going to bee the extra boost I need. so far I''m down like 5 pounds but I'm not sure how much is due to the Z3 and how much is due to the extra fiber I have been taking and eating less. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND taking this or any other diet suppliment with other medications or cleanses or herbs without extreme caution! Come on people! be careful! More is not necessarily better!

this product works... if you use it the right way. it has 2 effects, hunger pang reduction and lipolysis inducement. the first is self explanatory although many think that taking pills gives them a free pass to eat as much as they want. losing weight is all about mathematics, output>input+focused=you lose weight. the second effect only works if you include some excercise to help burn fat and make use of the lipolytic effect of the caffeines. to all those who say it does not work, do you eat less? more healthily? do you include excercise? i take z3 as a supplement to my protein shakes, controlled diet and regular excercise and not as the only means of weight loss. i maintained my weight/lean muscle while lowering my body fat to under 15% from 20s.

I just started taking this product on monday on sunday morning i weighed 219 and today weds i weigh 215. so i think these are working for me. i also go to the gym 2 times a day for an hour each time and i run every other day 4 miles. also ive cut out 500 cals from my diet. and so far i think everything im doing is working these pills are just giving me a little extra boost. * i wouldnt recommend taking these if you are under 18 or without the consent of your doctor* good luck to everyone who does take them.

Okay, so...2 days ago I started using zantrex-3. The first day I took 2 pills before lunch and 1 before dinner. I felt a nauseous, but nothing too serious and not near as hungry. It was a bit weird, though, because the 1 pill at dinner made me feel sicker than the two before lunch. I felt really tired and lethargic but then once I jumped on the treadmill and started my daily workout I had a lot more energy than usual, but I wasn't hyper or jittery. All day I kept having to use the restroom every half-hour or so, but I'm not sure if that was because of the zantrex or a colon cleanse pill that I also took mid-morning. I was jittery once I went to bed and only got 5 hrs. of terrible sleep. But when I woke up I was energetic and ready to go, and I had lost 1.5 lbs overnight, however, I crashed and became irritable after 2 hrs. or so. I took 1 pill before breakfast as directed, but skipped my usual daily morning workout due to a hectic morning. All day I felt lethargic and noticed that I did not use the restroom near as much, although I drank the same amount of water. Ate a bit more carbs than usual and felt a bit queasy. Took 1 pill before lunch and 1 before dinner. Did my evening workout with a great amount of energy (again, once I got moving the tiredness went away) and I slept better but I actually had gained a lb. when I weighed this morning. I'm thinking it's because I exercised less and my meal plan varied. I'm not sure though. I feel a bit depressed but I'm chalking it up to the fact that I'm not actually supposed to be taking this. My parents don't know and I having to do it "in secret." I just want the weight off though! I'm 15 years old, I'm 5'5 and I weigh almost 180 lbs. I'm sick of it, but I have hypothyroidism and multiple other things that screw with my metabolism so I have to radar everything that goes into my mouth, exercise like a crazy person and still the weight just crawls off. I screw up once and it jumps back on. I'm hoping that if I take the pill with my usual diet and exercise that I will at least lose weight like a normal person would!

To the people that are saying they can not sleep that would just incline you to think that maybe you should no take one before you eat dinner and just take them at breakfast and lunch time or only take 2 per day instead of 2 at a time twice a day...

daisy.h.

ive been using this pill for a month now and i love it . i take 1 early in the morning with a bottle of water 20 min. before a healthy breakfast so it dosent make me jittery. it gives me energy and helps my appetite. I only take 1 a day or else i get nauseous. the bottle says nothing about diet and exercise but if you think you can take this pill without improving your diet and excercise plan then the pill will not work at all

The reason I bought zantrex is to help me lose 85 pounds so I can join the military. I take a daily, timed 4 mile walk/jog, followed by 45 minutes of sit ups, push ups and aerobic ball exercises. Also, not eating any fast or junk food. I really hope this pill helps as I want to be able to join in the beginning of 2010. They make me sooo nauseous!
