Purchase on 3/4 did not receive until 3/16 tried it for 4 days did nothing. Called to cancel but they already charged me the 87.13 and would not refund you only have 15 days from order date to cancel but they do not ship it right away so your 15 days are more like 4 days to try it. Its a scam!!
Unfortunately i ordered Acai Berry Detox this morning, then i found this website, i called them right away to cancel my order and i got an automated response telling me to enter my credit card # to find and cancel my order so i did, i called back a few minutes later and was told that my order has already been cancelled. But just to be on the safe side i'm going to run down to my bank and cancel from there. Here's keeping my fingers crossed

Unfortunately for me, i ordered Acai Berry Detox just this morning, then i found this website :(, i called right away and got an automated response asking me to enter my card # to cancel, i did. I called back a few minutes later to again cancel, and the response was that my order was already cancelled, but just to be on the safe side i'm going to call my bank and cancel from there too, here's keepiing my fingers crossed!
I' ve been taking the pills for 3 days and I already gain 4 pounds instead of loosing it. I don't really know if I'm doing anything wrong but I think they should send instruction or some kind of help on what to do for best results while taking the product. I also feeling tired, with headaches and my eyes are weird I was curious when was sent to me it didn't even brought a paper or some kind of help like others supplements that bring u something with details about the product.
I was thinking about seriously trying this but after reading all these comments I have called and cancelled out the free offer the only way to lose weight is to count calories and exercise.....this garbage is just garbage another way to scam people out of money.

I just ordered the Acai Detox today. I hope I don't get scammed. There was not a number included. Does anyone have the toll free number? I would like to call an cancel now.
I am so sorry I fell for this! I am usually not this stupid! It hasn't worked for me at all. I haven't lost a pound and I know it hasn't made me go to the bathroom. I wish I would have done more research on the product. Also, when I called the customer service number they couldn't give me any support information on the product. They didn't know anything about how to use the product or what I might have been doing wrong. No help!
I was exactly 155 pounds when I started it two weeks ago. Today I got on scale and weigh 158 !!! I saw ads saying people would LOSE weight not GAIN !! Thought didn't believe a person could lose up to 25 lbs in a weekend, I would have been happy to lose 5 lbs in the two weeks I've been using it. Nothing else happened at all like people were stating.

OK - found the toll free # and cancelled order before it shipped...I will keep a close eye on my statement to make sure they did not charge my accout.

I just got the pills so I havent took them long enough to know if they work, but for those that say you cant cancel, if you look at your bank statement (you can do this online which is better) and it will give you a phone # that you can call and cancel it from there. hope this is helpful to ya'll.
I thought i did my investigating then found this web-site! ahhh i just called 866-949-0138 and spoke w a Jen-- she assured me that she cancelled it and I wont be charged--but my bottle was shipped today and she told me i could keep it and that i dont have to send back. Great this means i will be charged.

A huge ripoff. Aside from the misleading and deceptive advertising and so-called agreement you should checkout the actual wholesale pricing for this product. At many sites on the internet that advertise wholesale pharmacy products a bottle containing 60 Acai pills is only $7.45 each in a case of 48. If you buy a truckload of cases then the cost is one-tenth of that, or about $.75 CENTS each.
This website relies on their very deceptive agreement which is initially worded to deceive you into thinking that you get a month for free and then they bill you for followon shipments. Not so. Read the fine print - 13.5 days after your "Free" order they will charge your card for $80 bucks for that free order. No this is not for the next shipment - it is charging you $*) for their "FREE" shipment. This is a total ripoff that I am reporting to the BBB.
