I loved weightwatchers. I stop going for a little over a year now and I gained 14 pounds. I gained a lot of weight after my pregnancy because my portion size were out of control. I lost 45 pounds total on this program. You will learn portion control and selfcontrol. The best part is that u can eat anything that u want and still lose weight. Melissa u need a letter from your doctor to join the program because you are only 16. A healthy weight lost for your age should be 2 pounds a week(since you have diabetes).

I love Weight Watchers! You will not find an easier weight loss program, other than starvation. This is a wonderful program, because it is something you can live with. But as with any other program, you have to be truly ready to lose the weight. I lost 50 lbs in approximately 4-5 months, and I have remained constant for 6 months.
I liked the diet have lost 60lb. 4 years ago. I love that when I need help I can always look on line for support.
I had the most success w/ this diet plan, then any other diet. I maintained the weight loss for 2 years. One tip of advice, going to the meetings help with accountability and more weight loss.
i lost 80 lbs.. but antidepression rx helped put it back on after breakdown. i have fought the scale my whole life. this is the only way, change my lifestyle and know it is just the doing it. u r going to eat anyway, why not eat heathly!weight watchers, the meetings, the fellowship, all reasons to join ww.
i have been a member since sept.2 2008 i have lost 41pd. i do the points and it is so easiestway to lost weight i go to my weekly meeting.
This does work. I prefer not to think of it as a diet, but a way of life. This has been the only think that has proven successful for me and I have lost 30 pounds and counting!

I really would like to start with weight watchers ASAP, how does it work or do it really work. I've tried alot of diets and many have failed me, I work out at least 4 times a week HARD, it's my eating. Wii this diet help me????

This diet really works if you stick to it. I quit and gained my weight back (my fault) but I am ready to start again. I felt better and I had tons more energy. Since I am a night shift nurse, I need all the help I can get. I have tried every diet there is and this is by far the best, if you follow the meal plans and avoid 'falling off the wagon'.
