(Page 11 of 17)I like this diet. I've lost nearly 18 pounds in 4 weeks. I lost 8 pounds the first week. I am never hungry. I can't excerise a lot, so this is good for me. This is the best way to lose weight and is a healthy weight lost.
I'm a Physical Education teacher and have always taken care of my self and weight being one thing I have battled over the years. I was very ill in 2001 and gained a lot of weight 30-40 lbs. I have tried everything on my own to drop the weight in the past 6 1/2 years and at 56 nothing worked. Walking alone was not enough. I joined WW in Aug. and I've lost over 20 lbs! It worked for me. They have the system and it WILL work if you let it work. Follow the system and chage you eating sytles and the weight will stay off. Go back to your old ways and the old you will come back. It's a life choice and I want to live a healthy life and enjoy my retierment and gandkids. I feel great!!! It unbeliveable the differenct 20 lbs. can make. Working on 10 more and keeping it off! Once a lifetime member, back in 1982, after having my son, I lost 40lbs. Now 23 years later I have gained it all back. Thinking of rejoining.

I tried Weight Watchers after having my first child. I stuck to the program as it's designed and lost 40 lbs. in 8 months, which got me back to what I weighed in High School!
I am a lifetime member of the program & when I notice myself getting off track, I can always rely on the basics to get me back in line.
This program is very easy to follow & it does not deny you any of your favorite foods...just cuts back on portion sizes and makes you think about the ratio of bad food vs. good food that you're intaking.
I loved it and I want to try it again.
I have been using WW on-line for 5 weeks and have lost 10 pounds so far, 14 more to go. The points system works great for me and I am eating healthier than I have in years!

i an't tried it but i have heard people say they love it they are like super skinny and that's how i want to be.
IT WORKS! I've lost 20 lbs so far and I'm still losing. As long as you stick to it, it's very effective. I feel SO much better than I did just a few months ago. And the best part is that I don't even feel deprived. I still get to eat chocolate, ice cream, and even pizza! I just have to budget my points.

I started WW about three weeks and lost 8 pounds, i am happy!!
i tried it and it just didnt work for me. with my job i dont have time to come home and cook and pay attention to calories and fat and all of that. i go out to eat most of the time and weight watchers is just unrealistic with my lifestyle.

i joined ww on sept.19 and i love it. ive lost 9.2 lbs in 2 weeks and cant wait until i weigh in again. i have more energy and i even walked in the mall. ww really helps you to be conciouss of what youre eating and how much. i would recommend ww to anyone who seriously want to lose weight and be healthy without starving yourself. ww is great, if you really want to-YOU CAN DO IT!!
I went on weight watchers 7 years ago and lost 20 lbs. before I had to go off due to money problems now I have re joined and I am cofident I will reach my goal it will take time but it will be done. I love this diet.
Finally a diet that doesn't require me to "never" eat certain things! All in moderation! It has truly changed my life-- I will never "diet" again!
