I travel A LOT for my job, so the Flex plan has worked awesome for me. If the hotel I'm at doesn't have wireless internet, the portable points calculator and food and restaraunt guides are my next back up.

I think Weight Watchers is the best diet on the market for most people. It is more of a life style change than a diet.
I do not attend the meetings and am not doing as well as my friends who do attend the meetings.

I have been on WW since Aug 2003 off and on, and finally in Oct 2005 went regularly and became a lifetime member in May 2006. I've been a lifetime member since then, and I can say that WW is truly the only 'non-diet' "diet" that works. Eating healthy and exercising/being more active practices that need to be developed and it's great to be encouraged of that weekly during the meetings!
I started this program 3 weeks ago, I lost 10 pounds already! The good thing about this program is that teach you portion control and all the healthy stuff that you can do in order to feel better, I am eating great is easy to follow!
So far I love it! I've only been doing WW for 2 weeks and I am down 5.8 pounds. It is NOT a diet, it really teaches you what to eat and most importantly...portion control! I can still eat whatever I want, I just have to watch the portion size. Before joining WW I had major stomach issues. Since starting the program I feel so much better. No stomach issues at all & I just have so much more energy...it really is a great program & it's soooo easy to follow!

This past year, I have successfully reached lifetime, losing over 51 pounds and so far maintaining now for 5 months. I have been on weight watchers since January. I have lost a total of 45 pounds. I feel better and look better than I ever have. I was wearing a 22 plus and I am now in a 12 or 14 petite. I now love to go shopping for clothes. Weight Watchers is wonderful. Give it a try. You'll love it!
