Weight Watchers really works. I have been a member three times. The first time I joined I lost 40 lbs.[Which was about 35 years ago.] Then I rejoined five years ago and lost sixty lbs and kept it off except ten lbs. Now I am back to get back on tract. Writing down what you eat and keeping tract of the points really works plus the meetings are encouraging.

I have only been on it a week and have lost 5 lbs...I find it easier than just counting calories. I know how many points I am allowed and if I give into a craving and eat that piece of cake, its ok. I just have to watch my points for the day. I feel like I have more control. And I am not as hunger as I used to be through out the day. posted Feb 19th, 2009 10:14 am

I HAVE TIRED SO MANY DIETS, BECAUSE I WANT A MAJIC WAND. BUT I ALWAYS GO BACK TO THE REAL TRUTH. I REALLY BELIEVE THAT THE ONLY THING THAT CAN REALLY HELP IS WIEGHT WATCHERS. YOU CAN EAT EVERYTHING BY JUST COUNTING YOUR POINTS. IAM SO ASHAMED OF MYSELF TRING TO DO SO MANY TERRIBLE THINGS, WHEN I KNOW IN MY VERY DEEP INSIDE. THERE IS NO THING IN THE WORLD THAT IS GOING TO HELP YOU EXCEPT W.W. I HAVED BOTTEN ALLTHE BOOKS IN THE WORLD. BUT WHEN I GO BACK TO W.W. I started going to my W.W. locally and after two weeks I stopped going because of the imagage the person giving the meeting talk presented. This women had bulgers all over the place, I couln't take my mind off her b ody, If this is the best they could do I didn't want any part of it. I was there to lose only ten pounds. Plese encourage the women that will lead the meetings to at leasr give a presentable image.
