Kat:  I ordered Nuphedrine, and after ten business days the product still was not shiped off. I called customer service several times and was told different things as if they were buying time. Eventually I spoke to the manager who was very rude. If I knew it would of been like this, I would not have ordered it. I'm still waiting. I will update my review as soon as I get it.

Sarah:  Been on Ephedrine for 7 days fee great no dizziness or headaches take tablet 1/2 hour before I have cereal in the morning then before a small lunch do not need anything else to eat have already lost 6llbs in 7 days fantastic only tablet I have tried that did what it said !

Anonymous:  My first day on nuphedrine didn't fell good headache and clammy hands I don't know if it was not eating enough or was it from the pills. I already had a headache before taking the first dose. The pills are blue and white with 30 mg wriiten on the capsule.

Maggie (VA):  product isn't bad, got a slight headache first few times but that actually helped curb my appetite. Good for energy for sure, I take one after lunch at work and I stopped falling a sleep at my desk. :)

FatDude:  I got my nuphedrine a few weeks ago and tried it for a few days. Didn't really notice results so i returned it and got my money back. I'm thinking or reordering because i notice now that my energy level are lower than when i was on the stuff. I did feel a little different on it but a friend of mine told me it was probably the appetite suppressant that makes you feel that way.

Jessie-HOBOKEN:  I got my Nuphedrine a few weeks ago through this site and got my order fairly quickly. I was going to come back here and write a bad review if the product was bad, but I have to say it was actually decent. It helped me not feel hungry and gave me energy. I saw up top that some people felt shaky and got a headache. No bad side effects for me, thank god. I am happy to say I have lost 10 pounds last month and 8 so far this month, with exercise and a healthy diet of course. Losing weight isn’t some easy thing like “buying a miracle pill” and eating as much as you want. These supplements are just aids for your diet. Its a lifestyle change and I’m finding out its good for overall health. Body and MIND.

Anonymous:  it took about a week to get my order. regular dosage was a little weak for me so i doubled up and def notice the difference. Pretty pricey stuff but i would say good quality ingredients. Other supplements i have taken usually have zero effect on me.

Anonymous:  I thought that supplements were a waste of money until a friend of mine at the gym gave me some of these to try out. Other supplments didn't do anything for me but I can definitely feel the difference in Nuphedrine. I wish i found this sooner.

Rick Crowder:  OK folks, here's the deal from my perspective.....I have battled my weight ever since I got married 10 years ago. I went from 6'2, 215 to 290 after 7 years, and had maintained the 290 weight for the last 3 years. I tried several different diet methods...exercising, carb blockers, etc., and nothing worked real well. Sure, I'd lose 5 to 10 pounds, but I was still always mega-hungry. Over watching TV over a few months, I kept seeing promo spots that was pushing Hoodia. I started researching on the Internet and came across this Hoodia mix. I gave it a try, receiving my 3 month shipment at the beginning of July. My weight July 1st was 292. August 1st was 274. September 1st was 257. As of this morning (Oct 5th), I am at 251. And get this, NO EXERCISING!! I figure once my weight loss kind of tapers off or stagnates, I'd start some cardio to see if I can keep it going down to my goal weight of 215. Obviously, I'm VERY happy with this product so far. I must say that I have also completely changed my eating habbits. No more fried or fast foods and I pay attention to what I eat, although I haven't completely given up my prime rib and such once a week or so. Just use the product, follow the directions (don't take the blue/white capsule much more than 30 minutes before a meal or it doesn't work very well), and watch what you eat. Used correctly, this is a very effective, simple weight loss regime.

Meg:  This stuff is strong. I always thought supplements were weak. WOW!

Sami:  Yes, I agree, these are pretty strong. I read that weak supplements usually have fillers like cardboard. Guess these guys put the real stuff in their pills. NICE!

Manny:  I haven't tried any other natural supplements before, but these were pretty good. This Hoodia stuff is crazy, not only did i not get hungry, I swear that it made my vision better. Sounds crazy but i swear that for about 2 or 3 hours my eyesight was a little better. anyone else experience this side effect? if you can call it a side effect

Gabbie:  I just had a baby about 2 months ago. I gained about 50 pounds during my pregnancy. I have been trying to lose the weight but I am always hungry, tired, and miserable. I love my son don't get me wrong and get a smile on my face every time I see him. Are there any new mothers out there who have used this stuff to lose the baby fat?

Energy levels are definitely up as is level of concentration.. by more than 2 cups of coffee a day could ever do. Plus I don't get the Caffeine come down with this so far..

One time it might have taken 5, but that during the holidays. Maybe you people are putting in the incomplete addresses that slows down the delivery. You might want to look into that

Tommy (NJ):  Kate, the bad breath comes from the garbage you are eating and not brushing your teeth properly and not flossing. Get GUM tooth floss picks and get a Sonic Care tooth brush and start taking care of your mouth. ---- I take 3 a day during the work week and slow down to 1 during the weekend. I go through my bottle faster but it works for me because i work construction and need the engery boost during the day.

Betty:  I've ordered these pills a long time ago, got them fairly quickly but never really bothered to take them. I only started taking them seriously about 2 days ago. I've lost 2,8 pounds in one day and I'm very pleased! I had 5 slices of pizza yesterday (that may sound like a lot but normally I could have the whole thing) and was so full couldn't continue eating. H. Mitsuwa M.D.:  I would give this product a rating of 10 out of 10. it's very strong and potent, but not overbearing. Very clean with no shakiness, which is very hard to find in a stimulant. If you have taken them before you probably know what i'm talking about. I'm recommending this to anyone looking to lose weight and controlling their eating habits/appetite

Anonymous:  I asked for a refund and got it, but then a two days later i realized how much this stuff was working. I reordered it and started again a few days ago. it's great and if you don't notice anything, try taking a short break and you will see what i'm talking about it.

Jenna:  I am not part of nuphedrine's marketing team. I ordered my pills on Friday last week and received them this past friday....1 week. I have been taking the pills for 2 days now (4 pills) and have felt great. I eat a small breakfast, small lunch, fruit before dinner and then a normal dinner. My appetite is suppressed (i eat, but not hungry all day). I eat to fuel my workouts. I have had SO MUCH energy, ive been cleaning everyday, doing a workout tape, bowflex and treadmill. I am going to way myself once per week and keep checking in.

wahoos:  I too am not on the marketing team I recieved my 'red and white pills' in only 5 business days. I did however leave a email and never got a response. It is however the holidays. Feel great so far hope to stay away from the extra holiday calories.

Anonymous:  I've been on NuPhedrine one week, eating a low calorie diet and alternating 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight training every other day. My energy level has definitely been boosted, but my hunger has not been surpressed that much. Not a single pound lost to date.

Before starting Nuphedrine i couldnt motivate myself to exercise or eat right. Ive only been on Nuphedrine for one week and not only have i lost 4 pounds but everyone has started commenting on how my body looks more fit and i have a better more energetic attitude than ever!! This pill has truly helped me turn my lazy lifestyle around. I would never get on this website and comment how awesome these pills really are if they weren't legite. I'd recommend them even to those who have trouble losing that last five pounds and just cant get it off. Anonymous:  Hi, I started taking the pills late last week. Yesterday I felt very very sick but I have to say no hunger pains because of nausea ! I don't mean that in a bad way, it can take your body awhile to adjust to new anything. I do feel better today and no so hungry. I'm still willing to give it an honest try. I'll keep you updated.

Tried Everything:  I went to the emergency room on Sunday night, I felt like crap.. shaky, weak and lathargic. It could be different things though.. I think it was a really bad migraine. I had bad nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea, which does not happend with a migraine. I'm tempted to give it another try and if I do get sick again, then I know for sure it was the pills, I had taken them for 2 days and lost 4 lbs!!! I felt great until that night, another possibility might be that I also forced my self to have pizza that same night, I think my body might have gone into shock becuase of all that grease.. like I said I'm going to try it again and I'll let you know. When it starts to drop past the 15pound mark, I'll come back and post. I haven't made any changes in my lifestyle. I run on the treadmill for 30 min, I try to eat low fat, and when I eat out, I try to pick "healthy items"....like Chili's chicken caesar pita with broccoli versus their fried chicken tenders.

lizard:  my pills took 1 week to arrive. my pills are red/grey. i've been on this for 1 week now, and have lost 4 pounds. I haven't really done any significant diet changes. I just try to eat "healthy" but, I'm not starving myself. I haven't really been exercising, but, I am going to start. I didn't really feel anything with one, so, I upped the dose to 2 pills, total 4 per day. I used to take xenadrine before the FDA took away ephedrine. 2 doses of this feels similar (to me anyways) of how xenadrine used to feel. I've tried hydroxycut, and I didn't like. I've tried lipo6, and it made me poop a lot. I've had no changes in my pooping habits, a little shakiness, no changes in anything else except weight loss. Everyone is different, so, I hope this helps. I'm 5'0 and was 168 when I started, and am now at 164.

Elaine:  I'm not really overweight (5'5, 125 lbs) but wanted to lose an extra 10 lbs. It's really hard for me to lose weight nomatter how little I eat even though I mostly eat salads (with out dressing) and am inclined to eat rather lean. I thought that this Nuphedrine would really help but I guess it works with some people better than others. After 3 weeks on this I lost 2 pounds but gained several headaches. It suppresses hunger but eating any less than I already do is simply fasting. I didn't care for this product. It did very little for the price. Maybe that's not the case for everyone but still, it is over priced.

DTWT:  $75 is a bit pricey but the good stuff usually is. They seem to have a 60 day guarantee which is pretty sweet. I guess the most you would lose if you didn’t like this stuff is the shipping and handling on shipping it back to them, but I think most people can afford $0.41 for a stamp. ;) Anyway, if you're like me, you probably spend $100 to $200 on food per week and if you can cut the food cost down, than the price for some diet pills isn't so bad. Think about it, what's more important, spending a little more money on product to improve your health, or saving that money to buy greasy fried food from the local fast food restaurant so that you can take a few days off your life. I guess it's easy to see why there are so many stupid fat idiots walking around with excuses on why they can’t lose weight. NO GOOD FOR ME:  After waiting for three weeks on this product, I took it for 15 days and I have only gained weight. Does anyone know what address and what info to include in a return of thisproduct for the full refund?

Erica:  I just got my pills Sat. 12/29 had ordered them on 12/21. Sat. was my first day on them. So far, not feeling too hungry like I normally do. The only thing that I ate today was a hot dog and it is currently 7:15 pm in Texas. My pills are red and white too. I was a little skeptical of ordering them but I did anyway directly from their site and considering that I ordered right in the mix of Christmas, I got them really quick....i did the express delivery. I will keep you posted of my progress.

OrLy? :  Well, I have been using for a little less than a month, I have not exercised, I have tried to eat in moderation, and I lost 10 pounds, my month isn't up yet. I'm curious to find out what "no good for me" did in order to gain weight. lol. So far, I like the way that this doesn't make me feel, ie, shaky, headaches, etc. I'm sure if I actually exercised, I'd lose more. I got a bottle in the mail, had no problems with shipping (I used the express shipping), my pills are red/gray (curious about all the different colors also), and they came in a 60 count bottle. I purchased 2 bottles since I wasn't sure how many I'd be getting. To the "fatsos" comment, you are correct, unfortunately, many of us aren't as rigorous in that belief as you are. Ie, we might know, but, doesn't mean we have the will to follow it. I certainly don't. I needed a boost to get me through my 12 hour shifts, as well as some weight loss so I don't tear up my joints since I'm such a fatso. :) So far this is working well for me. Ang:  I just got my pills over the holidays. I took one this morning and still was hungry. I forgot to takethis afternoon but I will take one on my way home so hpefully won't be that hungry for dinner. My pills are Red and White. I have read on here that the blue and white pills worked. I'm a FATSO, so what!:  Food addiction and being overweight is not just a simple problem as some people think and people like me need some help. It's easy for you to just say eat & exercise. I work all day and I’m drained when I get home. How do I start exercising when I don't have any energy? How to I stay away from food when I’m constantly hunger? So why did I order these pills, because I needed something to help curb my appetite and give me some energy at the end of the day to start working out. Did the pills work, YES! I have lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I eat less and have energy to work out. Even on days when I don’t work out, I feel better, have more energy.----------------What I want to know is why you are here on this site. There is no magic!:  To all of this people who are claiming they are not losing weight: The pill doesn't make you "magically lose weight". It claims to burn 500 extra calories a day. It takes about 3500 calories burned to lose 1 lb of fat. This product is aimed to help you with a calorie controlled diet. (For example, an adult male needs to eat approximately 2500 calories to maintain weight, therefore needs to eat less to lose weight). You do the rest of the maths. There is no magical pill.

Anonymous:  I am almost through my first bottle of NuPhedrine. I cannot tell a difference in my hunger. To me, I seem just as hungry as before. I am about 60 lbs overweight and have so far lost four pounds. I am not sure if the NuPhedrine is really burning an extra 500 calories per day, although it does give me more energy. I have had to work my butt off to lose those four pounds! It has taken about a month. I eat healthy, with plenty of fruits and veggies, and exercise each morning by riding my bike for five miles. I also do weight training. I have already got another bottle, so I will finish, but I would not buy NuPhedrine again. The weight that I have lost is due to my hard work, not this pill. If NuPhedrine works for you, great, but I'd advise others to save their money.

Anonymous:  I ordered this product over a week and a half ago, I have still not recived it, and have called the customer service # to check on the status. I was told both times that they ran out of product and that it would be shipped to me sometime this week. This is exactly what I was told the last time I called. I never have a problem getting anything else I order online, so I am not sure what is going on. It seems strange to me, and I am not sure I will order this product ever again, unless it works very welll for me. I will find that out if I ever do get my shipment.

Anonymous:  I finally got my shipment in yesterday. I was very disappointed to find that they did not come with a certificate of authenticity like the website promised. I am also very concerned as the ingredients are not top quality like they promised, it seems the main ingredients are Folic Acid, and VItamin B which they try to hide by calling it something else, but if you do the research you will find that it's just another techincal word for Vitamin B complex. My point, whatever-your-name-is, was to tell people not to expect to lose weight if they would not control their calorie intake. If someone continues to eat more calories than their body needs, they will obviously not lose weight, you mustn't expect to lose weight if your eating & excercise habits aren't changed. That's all.

JazzyJay UK:  I've being taking Nuphedrine for one week now, have not lost any weight as yet, I take one in the morning before my breakfast (porridge) and one before my lunch (a bagel and low fat soft cheese). During the day i don't feel that hungry, but late afternoon early evening I do begin to get hungry and have to try very hard not to nibble. Booger:  I bought my girlfriend nuphedrine and she was pretty pissed when i gave it to her. But after a long fight she realized i wasn't saying she was fat so she started using it and actually liked it. mine also came in a bottle and not a box like the website had, so i'm guessing its just new packaging. anyhow, I went to GNC and bought some of the ingredients separtely and tried those. Definitely not as good. i really thought that GNC would have better stuff (quality) and was going to come back here to tell everyone to buy the ingredients separately.
