I have done two days of level 1. I love it the only thing i am worried about it the soreness of my ankles and shins...I ran and did more intense workout in the military and didn't have ankles as sore as i do now! Does this get better with time?

I am currently on Level 2 of the workout and I look and feel so much better!! I honestly think Level 2 is easier than Level 1, however, I think that may be because my body is in better condition and I've stuck with it. The video has become part of my daily routine and on the days I can't do it, I feel like I'm going through withdrawl. lol
posted May 4th, 2011 3:38 pmIt's an amazing workout and I thank Jillian for pushing me to my limits because the results are there if you stick to it! I haven't lost a ton of weight with it, but I can see the changes in my body, and I've noticed that my arms are more toned and that I actually have abs! Very happy with this workout and I recommend it for everyone. I can't say enough about how great it is!

This is an amazing workout and if you eat a diet plan specified for weight loss you will get amazing results. I lost four pounds in one week and that was with a healthy diet plan, even cheated once or twice! :)

How to stay motivated? I am debating on buying the video today... I am 5' 4" and weight 148. I have a goal weight of 128 by the end of June 2011. I need help keeping myself motivated.. any suggestions?

You people need to stop obsessing about the "pounds" you are or aren't losing and worry about the inches and how your clothes are fitting. If you are gaining muscle (and muscle weighs more than fat) then you won't see a lot of difference on the scale but you should see a difference in the size of your waist and the drop in dress sizes. Being skinny doesn't equal being healthy!

I LOVE this workout! I've just done day 7, and I've lost 2lbs so far, but I also think I've gained muscle and can already see changes in my body!
posted Apr 5th, 2011 4:34 amAlthough the weight isn't coming off quite as quickly as I hoped (as I'm on a calorie controlled diet too) I feel so much better for the exercise and the toning is definitely happening!
I want to lose 35lb over the next 4 months, so steady weight loss is fine by me, I'm not looking to drop 20lbs in a month....I just want banish it by the end of July!!!

Day 2 and I feel like Ive been hit by a bus.... Felt this way after the first day BUT i know the pain is worth the goal i have placed. I hope to lose 10lbs by the end of the 30 days. I love it! Started my first day on level 1! Im gonna be so sore in the morning. I had soooo much Stamina and energy when I got done with the Video! I was cussing her the whole time but I feel sooo Much better!

omg! i just done day 1 of this dvd, and i feel like iv been hit by a train! im so sore! im really hoping to see results at the end of the 30 days. im so sore i almost dread doing it 2mrrw.. but its all gonna be worth it in the long run. good luck ladys!

I have been on this chocolate whey protein for one month. I have lost 13 pounds so far. I have no hunger. I eat healthier then ever. I love this whey protein. I put it in my oatmeal and yogurt mixture I eat every morning. You want be disappointed. I take only one scoop. Amazing. Thank you Jillian for this product it is a god sent. God bless you helping all of we have a better life because of you. I am starting to like myself more now every daay. My mood has improved. I love you.

This workout is amazing...I'm seeing definition results after 2 weeks...I didn't do it over the two weekends, sat or sundays.. I work out regularly, but felt that I needed "intensity" and this gives it. Of course I eat a healthy diet and quit smoking...(nervouse about weight gain w/ that part) but I'm down 5 pounds...you just have to put yourself on a schedule...write down what you are eating... I do, water water water, green tea, 2 servings protein, 3 veggies, 3 fruits, 2 starches, 1 fat, 1 dairy...(sometimes a little more if I'm feeling like snacking, but don't overdo)...it's working..and I'm excited!

Curious, I am wanting to purchase this today during my errands. Within the DVD, is there alot of jumping and bouncing around? Reason I ask is because the only open space i have is on the 3rd floor of my house, and I am not sure if my neighbors, boyfriend and step child would appreciate the sounds of a roof caving in :)

I started the program 6 days ago today. I have already lost 10 pounds in just DAYS! I am also a bartender so I am on my feet for 8 hours running around 5 days a week. I HAVE NO DIETED AT ALL. I still eat everything I always have! I drink more water of course because my body craves it after the workout, but that is it! If your serious about loosing weight stick to it girls! YOU CAN DO IT. I started at 160, and am down to 150. IN 6 DAYS!

Im on day 20!! Almost done, yet I havent lost a single pound. I have combined this workout system with a low calorie, healthy diet plan...Ive lost a little over one inch around my wiast and look more toned everywhere. But no pound loss...Its a great work out, but I think its used for people already in shape trying to tone up.

These are hardly cons. You should never feel like you will magically lose weight on any type of plan! It's a calories in-calories out=weight loss thing. Eat less, work out more and it will happen. If you do this but continue to eat junk, well what can you really expect? I am starting this in conjunction to C25K on Sunday and am curious to see the results.

Im 15, 5'7, and about 160, im hoping to lose about 30 pounds. I just got this today in the mail and i started it right away! It sure did hurt! But totally worth it cause i can STILL feel the burn. Im not out of shape, but not 100% toned. Im hoping this DVD really does get real results quick! From the feedback it looks promising. Im excited for summer :)

I had my daughter 9 months ago and i'm still carrying the extra baby weight, and i decided it was time to get rid of it. I started the 30 day shred and it kicked my butt!! I am on day 3 now and i feel great. I feel like i have more energy, and more motivation to do this dvd. its making me feel better about my self...very sore but its worth it! I just hope i get good results by the end of day 30! 27 days to go!
