My goal is to do 30 days straight combined with a balanced diet. I am on day 14 of the 30 day shred. So far I am seeing great results! I have lost 2 inches of my waist, 1 inch off my hips, 1/2 inch off my thighs, 1 inch off my bust, and 1 inch off my arms. I started with Level 1 and moved onto Level 2 on day 10. Level 2 is a killer but I am loving the results!

I just had my daugther 6 months ago and I am currently at my heaviest I have ever been. A group of new moms are on board to try this video and see what the results are after the first month. I have heard that it's great though!

I have always used ellipticals and taken spinning but nothing has ever came close to this. I love it. It is hard, but worth it. By the time I want to quit it's over. Do it!

i have done p 90x and work out in the gym consistently for 1 hour of intense cardio and 1 hour of power lifting, but this 20 min kicks my butt. I needed something for days that was a quick work out when I don't have time. I have to say that if you are in really good shape already, you may combo some levels. so far I have done level 2 and level 1 back to back. I am going to soon try all 3 together. However, I like that the smallest dumbells I have are 5lbs and I never thought that those would be too heavy! but at the end of each exercise I'm wishing I had 3's! the best part is it is high intensity so i know I am burning tons of cals.

Those of you who have used the 30-day Shred...do you think a 55 yr old w/20lbs to lose who exercises 4-5 days/week (not always consistently) would be able to handle the intensity?

I am on Day 23 of the work out. This rocks. I am afraid to look at the weighing machine but I know I lost a bunch since my clothes do not fit me any more. Lost 31/2 inches of the waist.

I am on day 43 and did Workout 1 for 30 days straight - what a difference it made! I let myself go a little too much and this has been a great workout! I have lost 6 pounds but quite a few inches and feel so much more tone. If you just commit to the first 30 days you will feel so much better and see a difference in your clothes. I am now on Workout 2 for a 2nd 30 days - I am hooked! I didn't follow her diet but I have been sticking to 1200 cal. per day and logging what I eat - it really helps you keep on track.

So I've been doing the exercise everyday and am on day 7-8 I think. I haven't been counting all that much. Just concetrating on my work outs ya know. So my stomach and arms are feeling tighter now. Also my endurance through the video is way better! That last set of jumping jacks still kicks my butt.Still on level one.

i'm using the 30-day work out plan on my on demand. I'm on day 7 of level one and i can already notice my stamina building. For instance with the push ups. I've noticed that i can do them without having to rest, unlike when i started the video. I can't wait to see more results! I really need to lose 20lbs, so i hope this works. I'll post on my last day and let you know my results. But so far this work out is kicking my *** and i'm loving it!

Love the DVD, in 20 min you get the best workout ever! I combine it with Jackie Warner DVD, they are very similar, I can already feel the difference after two weeks. Definitely better than going to gym.
