I love the 30 day shred. it is quick multileveled and does get results. I will mention you will be cursing Jillian out more then once duing the exercising, but she is motivating. I also like that you can turn off the the voice after you have done it a few times and don't really need the feedback posted May 14th, 2009 7:18 pm

I have been doing this workout for a little over a month. I am not doing the diet; however, I have lost a total of 6 inches total off of my body. I have gained weight, but because of the way I feel, it must be muscle weight. This is all in doing only level one. I just started level two this week and it is a killer. My friend and I are pushing each other to make it through this month so that we can try level three. I'm on day 4 of level one and I am 100% committed. The results were immediate for myself. My quads and shoulders, (that I didn't even know existed), until after day one improved overnight. Best workout DVD ever! Have been gym member for many years and had intense classes, but this DVD kicks butt!
20mins of pure workout! I love it, I'm on Level 3 now and I did Level 1 tonight as I was feeling a bit lazy - the difference between these levels is quite big - I feel so much more fit going back to Level 1 - who would've thought!!! posted Mar 17th, 2009 6:33 am

I'm on my second week of the DVD. Just started level 2 yesterday and am astonished! What could be better than a 20 minute work out that seriously kicks your *!!?! Its great. For several months i've tried many at home workouts... couldn't stay tuned in. The first time i tried this DVD i knew it was great. Works all parts of your body, in ways i never knew possible. With a 2 year old, its hard to find time to work out, so with just 20 minutes a day, i can do this!...and it feels great! posted Mar 5th, 2009 2:46 pm

I've only had it a couple days, so it's too early to see results. But, I like that it doesn't take that long and I can do it right away in the morning before I get ready for work without having to get up an hour and a half early. I've been using the DVD for a few weeks now...still on level 1...and I don't do it everyday. But I have lost 5 pounds. Like others I was extrememely sore after the 1st workout but after waiting a couple of days got back on that horse. Now I am able to go deeper on the squats and lunges and hope to soon be ready for level 2. I like that it is in short intervals and it is a manageable 20 minute routine. WOW...I am on day 13 and almost half way there.

Before starting this progam I was going to the gym 4 -5 days a week for the past 6 months. This is the most intense 20 minute workout I have ever experienced. I have officially cancelled my gym membership - I see more of a difference in two weeks with these workouts than I did in 6 months at the gym. I am following my suggested daily calorie intake for my size. I have lost 6 pounds so far, 2 1/2 inches off of my waist, 2 inches off my hips and my whole body is toning up nicely. I took all my measurements the day before I started the program and will take them on day 30 to see what the overall inch loss is.

This video is not for the faint of heart - it is tough. Just know, that if you do it every day and only eat your daily calories for your size.....you will get results. posted Dec 18th, 2008 3:53 pm

Holy crap! I'm a stay at home mom, so excercise and me are not the best of friends! This totally kicked my ass!!! I've been doing it for about 5 days which is officially about 5 days longer than any other routine I've adopted. LOVE IT!!! Just did level 2 today. I've done level one through exercise t.v. and will purchase the dvd. However, are you suppose to do the dvd EVERYDAY? I thought with weight training you are suppose to give a day rest before you work the same area? Help, Anyone?? posted Dec 8th, 2008 11:13 am

Love it. Only on day 2 but I was sore after the first workout. I can feel muscles that I haven't felt in a looong time. Knowing that each workout is 20 minutes and each motion is only 30 seconds helps you put the dvd in, give it your all and finish up to the last second!
