(Page 3 of 3)Great dvd! Just started yesterday so obviously havent seen any results but I am SOO ridiculously sore! Which means that its a great workout of course :P I am the laziest, non-gym person ever and even I can get through this one. Its not easy but it's not horrible either and anyone can get through 25 minutes! It includes things like jumping jacks and crunches so it's not impossible. Im getting married in 4 months and need to lose 15 pounds - hoping this will help me do the trick!
I've been doing this workout for 20 days now and I love it! I have lost 5 lbs and really increased my stamina, energy level, flexibility and so much more. I just feel better. And I have ABS! This is a great workout, she keeps me motivated!
GREAT workout. Even if you think you are in good physical conditions this one kicks your butt!

I'm not a fan of workout DVDs, but Jillian is so motivating on the show I thought I'd try this one out. This is the best workout DVD! It actually takes about 30 minutes (including warm up and cool down). It is a hard core workout in a short amount of time and I've had great results.
I'm on day three of level 1. I began at about 140-142 lbs and I already see/feel a difference! I weigh 136-138 now!! I'm motivated to eat healthier because I feel sore and I don't want to feel like I worked hard for nothing. I like to do pilates so I'm going to combine this 20-minute workout every day with a 20-minute pilates workout every other day.
I love this DVD, i've only had it a couple of days but have done it every day and am very sore...but the good i-just-got-my-butt-kicked sore.
I like this program. It kicks butt. It's classic old school moves but improves your strength effectively. It makes you feel as if you accomplished a lot in just one day.

Great workout, she kicked my butt! BUT, be careful, and don't over-do it on the first few rounds. I did, and got sick :P Just take it slow at first, if you have to, and work your way up!
AMAZING!!! You feel so strong after this. I ADORE this dvd. It's so hard but you sure feel it. This delivers results like nothing I have tried before. I love that you don't need a lot of room to do it. I've dropped 40 lbs so far in about 2 months.
I saw her in the biggest loser TV show and i loved the way she motivated. So i purchased this DVD and guess what i never regreted. since the day one i felt the hard work, it went through all of my body. i swear. so thank you so much Jillian, you are the best of the best.
I am considering purchasing this DVD- however I do have neighbors that live in the apartment underneath mine. What is the "stomp" factor involved?

Okay...she whooped my hiney! I did Routine #1 today (free on Exercise TV--on demand with Comcast), and immediately ordered the DVD from Amazon (only $10.00). She's not girly at all, but knows her stuff. I loved it!
Great workout! very intense, however being only 20 mins long you wouldnt give up! Felt amazing after workout, and Jillian's continuous encouragement is awesome!
She kicks so much butt! The exercises are super intense but I feel AWESOME when I'm done!!
