I am wondering approx. how many calories are burned with this workout? I am using loseit.com and you have to put in your exercise and calories burned. Anyone know? Thanks.

Calorie burn depends on a lot of different factors, including your weight and the intensity of your workout. Someone who weights about 150 pounds will burn about 185 calories during 20 minutes of intense circuit training. Considering that the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred also includes warm-up and cool-down, I would guess that it's slightly less than than that.
It totally depends on your intensity and how much you weigh. According to my heart rate monitor, at 175 lbs I burn about 250 calories in the 27-minute workout (yes, it is 27 minutes when you include the warmup and cooldown). Someone who weighs less will burn less.
