i'm married to a wonderful man and have a beautiful baby girl
The goals I'm working toward:
- I had a baby 7 months ago and i'm still trying to lose those extra pound...30 more to go.
- trying to eat healthier each day

oatmeal
My guiltiest pleasure:
chips and chocolate
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
i dont like looking at my self and seeing that i don't look good on my clothes
Healthy habits that work for me:
- i don't drink sodas or any sweet drink.water is my favorite
- i like eating troughout the day to avoid eating junk
- i don't hate myself after i cave in on a craving.i forgive myself and keep looking forward
My favorite activity at the gym is:
i dont like gyms because i'm a busy mom and dont have time for it. i like working out at home.
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- i've lost 6 pounds so far
- i'm not working out as i should and dieting as strictly but good thing i havent gained weight.
