INGREDIENTS
Sensa contains Maltodextrin (Derived corn in the U.S.), Tricalcium Phosphate, Silica, Natural and Artificial Flavors, FD&C Yellow 5, and Carmine. Sensa also contains Soy and Milk ingredients.
ADMINISTRATION
Sensa is sprinkled all over the surface of your food just before eating it. The Tastants marked “Salty” are sprinkled on all foods that you would typically use salt and pepper or a savory seasoning for meat, fish, pasta, most vegetables and starches. The Tastants marked “Sweet” are sprinkled on sweet foods like fruit, pastries, desserts and cereal. The words “Salty” and “Sweet” do not mean that the actual Tastants contain salt and sugar, or that they will make your food taste salty or sweet – it’s just a way to describe the type of food to use it on.
Sensa should not be used on liquids or liquid foods like soup or stews.
DIET and EXERCISE
There are no specific diet and exercise guidelines to follow while using Sensa other than to follow the instructions on the Sensa Tastant product label.

Watch dirty jobs as you have your meal... you will lose that craving anyways. Plus we have enough sickness and problems in our brain.. seriously you want to take extra effort to corrode it more.. Self Control and a little Exercise HELPS!!
c-mon people you spend 45 dollars a month on pizza. I have noticed a significant decrease in appetite. The lack of desire for high fat foods like pizza, 1 and a half pound steaks increased energy is working.
At first the Sensa didn't work by reducing my appetite during eating, but I did find that it made me feel fuller after a meal so that I wasn't hungry between meals. Since that time I have begun working out 5 days a week and have changed my diet to include unprocessed whole grain foods that are fiber rich, eating more fresh fruits and staying away from processed sugars. I have the same results as when I used the Sensa, by feeling fuller by eating fibrous foods so it can be done without the products. Just use common sense.
I just bought into the advertisement, I sent off for the free trail and I will send it right back as soon as it get's here . I don't care if it work's ,I see there's so any disappointed people , I will cut back on eating on my own......... I wish I had read these reviews before I order this product.
This is a joke - its all mental. No exercise, No meal restrictions and you'll lose weight... THINK ABOUT IT PEOPLE!!! Stop sitting around waiting for the miracle pill - a little exercise is all it takes and the right food choices. My aunt took this for 3 weeks and then passed away, whether or not it was related to the sensa - we don't know...
I've only used it for 3 days but since I started, I've had frequent headaches and I'm still hungry.

I've been using SENSA for 3 days. I have never had anything curb my cravings this well. I am a confirmed chocoholic and I haven't even missed it. I'm using it as a tool along with Weight Watchers. My stomach hasn't growled yet!
Glad I read the posts. I figured this to be a scam. Also they shouldn't be able to sell this online if it's not FDA approved.
I had a funny feeling about this product so I contacted them and said that i did not have a credit card and if they could send me something so I could pay by check. Well this is what they said Thank you for contacting Sensa.

It seems that most of this is psychological. Why not get your own sprinkles...like cayanne powder....something that will keep you thinking about what you are eating WHILE you are eating it.
It naturally takes 10 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it is satisfied.
We tend to eat more because we like the taste and aren't thinking about what we are doing to our bodies. If we eat more slowly and make better choices our weight will come off at the same rate this product claims.
I have been using Sensa for a week and am down 5 lbs! It doesn't have any taste and I am eating less. I recommend it!
I was really hoping it would work. Then I would have continued to buy it but I GAINED weight so forget it... didn't work for me :-(

It is all over the place but I am glad I purchased Robert Ferguson's Food Lover's thing I have read great things about it and hey Im gonna stick with that thanks for the reviews they were great. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a 2 month supply. I could pay for the two months after 30 days (a trial) or if I paid upfront they would upgrade the shipping free of charge. The upgraded free of charge shipping is taking a total of 10 days!!!! The regular post office is faster. I emailed customer service about it and never received a response. I think their marketing practices are shady.
Good grief - I've been on diets before and lost weight. I have been on Sensa for 31 days and lost 1 pound - NOT a satisfactory result. Just by counting calories I can lose at least 6 pounds in 31 days on my own. Also, their forums are HEAVILY moderated to the extent of censorship and I don't tolerate that well - also makes me think that only comments that are positive to the product ever make it on their website.
Tried Sensa beginning in Sept. 09.Used faithfully. No results, slightly bad taste; and despite cancellation of account they keep charging my credit card. Can you spell "rip off"?
I read the add. I do not like the way they decieve people thinking it is free when in fact it is not a free trial. I do not like the marketing. Customer service after purchase sounds very bad. Whoever is marketing this, is being untruthful when they say free trial. If they were so convinced of their product, there would be no strings. The product would sell itself. Their add scared me off.
