I order Acai early today and after reading all the reviews i called them about 10 minutes ago to cancel. I was only on hold for 7 minutes and they cancelled right away without any charges except the $4.95 which is non-refundable. It was a quick and easy process for me to cancel but if you plan on doing so, make sure you call them before they ship yours!
So, after cancelling with acaiburn, I called one of the other charges from my statement. Yeah, they automatically enroll you in some other stupid programs. They weren't going to refund my $4.95. I told them I smelled a class action lawsuit coming. Well, immediately they were able to refund me. Funny how that happened!
I can't believe I was so stupid to order this bogus bottle of crap. And I've just spent an hour on the phone trying to get money back.
I am so pissed off at this product. Not only do they end up charging you $60 for the so called "free trial" they also tag your checking account for TWO other items in which you have to follow up with two other 800 number phone calls to cancel. If you don't catch it, it will cost you not only the $60 for the product but another monthy fee of $15 (one charge for $10.95 and one for $4.95).
One thing I can say is that they are friendly to you when you do call, but you have to press them for the refunds, in order to get past the initial "no", they will remove the additioanl charges, just keep in mind, if you aren't watching the charges, they will get your money.
ok guys, if the product says to exersize , drink lots of water, and follow a diet plan, why the hell do you need the pills? you are doing all the work already. I ordered the pills too. I found this website and read all of the comments and was able to cancel everything. as far as my charge card goes, i havnt recived any charges.

I wish I would have checking this site before I ordered. So far my credit card has been changed 59.95 for acaiburn plus service charges for 5.95, 4.95 9.95 and .06 (international trans fee??) and 78.84 from the cleansesshop. I have had to threaten to contact the Florida's Attorney Generals office just to get them to contact. I WILL NEVER order anything on line again that offers a "free trail." What a rip off!!
3-weeks and lost no weight. It's also a pain to cancel....I was on the phone for at least 20 min before I talked to anybody.
This product is a scam.
So, here is my take on this for what it is worth... My plan was to order the Acaiburn & the Total Cleanse to take advantage of the "free" trial period to jumpstart my weight loss. Definitely planned to cancel and not pay for the month...
I too ordered the product before I saw this website & immediately called the Insider Secrets & Comprehensive Weight Loss 800#'s to cancel. Although I was on hold for a significant amount of time, I was able to cancel my "subscriptions" without any issues. Insider Secrets provided a cancellation #, Comprehensive Weight Loss did not, but she gave me her name & ID number for what it is worth...
When I called Acaiburn, I told him straight up that I did not want to be on any kind of auto shipping/auto billing program. If I wanted to continue using the product after 30 days I would call & order. He stated that he had removed my name from the auto shipping program & the ONLY charge I would receive (besides the $4.95 shipping) was $59.95 for the 30 day supply I already received. If I return unused portion prior to day 21 of initial order, I would not be charged at all. If I decide I want a refund, I have a total of 60 days to send bottle back with or without any product left over. He also "was not able" to give me a cancellation # but I have documented the date, time & names of all the people I spoke with, just in case...
I have only taken 1 pill so far. I can definitely tell it has caffeine in it so I don't plan on taking another pill later. I know I won't sleep if I do. So I am going to stick to 1 pill a day for maybe the 1st week. I am exercising on average at least 3 days/week & I'm hoping this will help with my appetite. If it works for weight loss, I will let everyone know.

I took just 1 pill and my heart rate sky rocketed! Even if you are in perfect health, this product is a shock to your heart and entire body system. They never disclose what is in their "proprietary blend" and actually how much caffine is in this product, not to mention the other "mystery" ingredients. It was a total shock to read the warning on the bottle about heart palpitations and danger to diabetics!
The hype and advertising for this product is over- the- top and too good to be true ! Please, if you value your health and life .... STAY AWAY! I hope that the side effects from just taking one of these pills subsides quickly.
I consider myself very lucky that I found this site and hope that others find it and call all of the numbers to cancel.
If you have experienced what I have...STOP TAKING IT and go see your primary care physician!

PLEASE PLEASE don't be fool by the advertisement. i was charge $60 twice this mth of january. i took the product for the last 3 wks now & not a single pounds been shed. i already called and cancel last wk then just this wk another $60 was taken out of my credit card. so what is going on? these people doesn't know what cancellation means? very very bad experience. and as for the bromalite that goes w/ acai pills every time i tried to call and cancel, the recording would tell me 35 to 37 calls is in front of me. i have to go to my bank and change account # so these frauds wouldn't charge my credit card anymore. bromalite also charge my credit card twice so overall they have $260 of my money. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!
this is my first day taking acai burn, and I really do not know what to expect. I work out every night. I go on my bike for 30 mintues, and then I do a bunch of different excersies. I always feel like im not doing enough, is that normal?

High blood pressure is defined as a reading at or above 140/90. Caffeine is a cardiovascular stimulant which results in an increase in BP reading as well as HR. As you know, you have to monitor things that can potentially cause an increase in your BP (stress, sodium, alcohol etc). Why? because your heart is already in a state of stress and you want to minimize these stressors.
I know you do not want to hear this, but please contact your physican before you take this supplement. Even some ingredients that are natural (ginseng, kola nut, licorice root etc) can cause an elevation in BP.
Loosing weight is important to maintaining a healthy BP, but be proactive about anything and everything you put into your body.
I bought the product before i found this site and i am really hesitant about it. I want to try the whole month, i think i will be charged 60 dollars for that,. But i cancelled the insiders secret/ and i will have to wait until monday to cancell the other one. If after the month, and i really like what i am using then i will resubscribe. lol

Hi, I just ordered this product maybe 20 minutes ago and was a fool. I didn't read the fine print. I want to cancel it but it says I have to wait because it is past office hours. Please help me.
I received my bottle of acai burn but unsure how to take it. Some website say it should be taken after meals. Some say 30 mins before unch and dinner. In the bottle, it only said it should be taken twice daily. I wonder whats the real dosage to make the product effective. TY.
Today was the 4th day i was on these pills and normally I weigh myself only after a week but i just wanted to see if it was making any difference and i weighed this morning and already lost 2 lbs after 4 days..i also did 18 minute cardio 3 out of the 4 days and doing weight watcher points...good luck to everyone
