Nuphedrine is a highly-sought after, but highly controversial diet supplement. It contains two key ingredients which have been implicated in aiding weight loss: Advantra-Z and Hoodia. Advantra-Z is a patented form of synephrine or citrus aurantium, a similar product to the now banned ephedra. INGREDIENTS
Nuphedrine contains certified, 20X South African Hoodia, Advantra-Z in the 30X potency and Slimaluma.
Here is a breakdown of the three ingredients of Nuphedrine and how they work to help you lose weight:
Advantra-Z alone is supposed to help you burn an extra 500 calories a day with its 30X "Extra Strength" concentration. Advantra-Z claims that it enhances weight loss, increases lean muscle mass, improves athletic performance and suppresses appetite.
Hoodia contains a compound called ‘P57’, which is a molecule that makes you feel full. But only pure hoodia contains this special molecule. Many studies have shown that even though a product may claim it is pure hoodia or certified hoodia, it is not the real thing. The hoodia contained in NuPhedrine is concentrated 20 times and has a standardized guaranteed 20:1 ratio rating.
The third ingredient in Nuphedrine , Slimaluma is sends signals to your brain while you’re eating telling you that you’re full. Given its effects on satiety, a little amount of food can go along way in tricking you into feeling that you’ve eaten enough to quell your appetite even though very little food has been consumed.
ADMINISTRATION
It is recommended that you take three capsules of Nuphedrine per day. Two capsules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after eating. The third capsule should be taken at mid-day to help get you through the evening.

There are no specific dietary or exercise recommendations while taking any Nuphedrine but the company does recommend that you follow a sensible eating and exercise plan.

Has anyone tried Anoretix?
TO THOSE CONFUSED ABOUT THE PILL COLORS: My pills are Blue & White & say 30 mgs on them & I have been on them for over a month & have had no probs nor have I any reason to believe that these Blue & White NuPhedrine Pills are fake or ineffective in any way. Including all my family members & friends who all ordered NuPhedrine - they all got legit Blue & white Pills - 30 mgs.Jessica Your Pills are legit. Hope they work for you. I ordered the pills on 03/25/08 and received them on 03/27/08. Wow! I was impressed. My pills are completly blue too, are they correct? "Anonymous: The pills are blue and white with 30 mg wriiten on the capsule." Please advise I am as confused as Shannon.

My pills arrived quickly and I have been taking them everyday for a little over a week. Mine are blue and come three to a clear package for each day. Someone above mentioned that theirs are blue and white. Does everyone on here have blue and white pills or do some of you have all blue pills? Did they ship me the wrong thing? I'm nervous now. Help!

Hmm, island queen excercised for 45 minutes 4 days a week and only ate 1200 to 1500 calories per day and gained weight. What you described is one of the most effective ways to lose weight. nevermind that you say you also took this thermogenic, the excercise and calorie restriction alone would have helped you lose weight. Your statements are complete bogus and transparten. i would bet you're a fat girl that would eat her own babies and since you can't lose weight you try to discourage others from losing weight. I hate to point this out because i'm sure everyone who read your post knows that you're lying but i figure i let you know that we know what you're up to. good luck in life, you're really going to need it with your attitude
LOL, i just read the comment from Laura (up top) about this supplement killing her mother and I couldn't stop from laughing because that is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. So i tried to purchase my nuphedrine on eBay because they had some good prices. DON'T DO IT, I got some fake bootleg stuff that i reported to eBay. eBay ended up removing this sellers listings. I just noticed that there are more listings up there now and most of them look shady. they don't even have the info from the website. also, their seller scores are way low. Like they just created the seller account to sell bogus stuff.
If you only ate 1200 to 1500 calories a day and excercised 4 times a week for at least 45 minutes, it wouldn't matter what you were taking on the side, you should have lost weight. I fear that you have type 2 diabetes which you should consult with your doctor about, because what you wrote just doesn't make sense. Ask any diet expert or trainer. -- what did your excercise consist of? i hope it wasn't 45 minutes of donut eating, LOL, which you're not counting the calories for. hey erm duno how to start reali.... wel i bought nuphedrine few weeks ago, i live in england and it took 2 weeks to arrive which i guess is ok, anyways i took it for a week and ate healthy but i didnt notice any diffrence, i did not have any more energy or lose of weight. Out of curiosity i open one of the tablets to see wht was inisde and i found the sandy coloured substance but i also foun white and blue what look like small shards of plastic! I dont know bout any one else but that shudnt be int there surley? i now dont know what to do about this situation and the 3 bottels of it that i have. any one who wants to add to this please post comment! thankyou .
I have been taking this now for 4 days. I have had horrific headaches ever since starting. I am hoping I get use to the pills and the headaches go away. I have lost a couple of pounds, but I am not sure if it is from the pills or not. I also get hot flashes and nausea. But I am not a quitter. I plan on sticking to. Will keep you posterd
Waste of money. It made me GAIN 5 pounds in a week rather than lose a pleasant 1-2 lbs like I expected. Does not supress my appetite at all and I can even take it before dinner at 6 pm and still fall asleep like a baby. Wow, what a hardcore pill. I bet I can experience better results form a cigarrette >:(
