Nuphedrine is a highly-sought after, but highly controversial diet supplement. It contains two key ingredients which have been implicated in aiding weight loss: Advantra-Z and Hoodia. Advantra-Z is a patented form of synephrine or citrus aurantium, a similar product to the now banned ephedra. Hoodia is a cactus plant that hails from South Africa where it has long been used as an appetite suppressant for tribal men on long treks through the countryside. Here is a breakdown of the three ingredients of Nuphedrine and how they work to help you lose weight:
Advantra-Z alone is supposed to help you burn an extra 500 calories a day with its 30X "Extra Strength" concentration. Advantra-Z claims that it enhances weight loss, increases lean muscle mass, improves athletic performance and suppresses appetite.
Hoodia contains a compound called ‘P57’, which is a molecule that makes you feel full. But only pure hoodia contains this special molecule. Many studies have shown that even though a product may claim it is pure hoodia or certified hoodia, it is not the real thing. The hoodia contained in NuPhedrine is concentrated 20 times and has a standardized guaranteed 20:1 ratio rating.
The third ingredient in Nuphedrine , Slimaluma is sends signals to your brain while you’re eating telling you that you’re full. Given its effects on satiety, a little amount of food can go along way in tricking you into feeling that you’ve eaten enough to quell your appetite even though very little food has been consumed.
ADMINISTRATION
It is recommended that you take three capsules of Nuphedrine per day. Two capsules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after eating. The third capsule should be taken at mid-day to help get you through the evening.

There are no specific dietary or exercise recommendations while taking any Nuphedrine but the company does recommend that you follow a sensible eating and exercise plan.

As much as I hate to say it. Nuphedrine actually was a miracle for me. I was able to quickly shed the pounds months before my daughters wedding.
I ordered Nuphedrine, and after ten business days the product still was not shiped off. I called customer service several times and was told different things as if they were buying time. Eventually I spoke to the manager who was very rude. If I knew it would of been like this, I would not have ordered it. I'm still waiting. I will update my review as soon as I get it.
Been on Ephedrine for 7 days fee great no dizziness or headaches take tablet 1/2 hour before I have cereal in the morning then before a small lunch do not need anything else to eat have already lost 6llbs in 7 days fantastic only tablet I have tried that did what it said !

Yes, I agree, these are pretty strong. I read that weak supplements usually have fillers like cardboard. Guess these guys put the real stuff in their pills. NICE!

I got my Nuphedrine a few weeks ago through this site and got my order fairly quickly. I was going to come back here and write a bad review if the product was bad, but I have to say it was actually decent. It helped me not feel hungry and gave me energy. I saw up top that some people felt shaky and got a headache. No bad side effects for me, thank god. I am happy to say I have lost 10 pounds last month and 8 so far this month, with exercise and a healthy diet of course. Losing weight isn’t some easy thing like “buying a miracle pill” and eating as much as you want. These supplements are just aids for your diet. Its a lifestyle change and I’m finding out its good for overall health. Body and MIND.
product isn't bad, got a slight headache first few times but that actually helped curb my appetite. Good for energy for sure, I take one after lunch at work and I stopped falling a sleep at my desk. :)
I got my nuphedrine a few weeks ago and tried it for a few days. Didn't really notice results so i returned it and got my money back. I'm thinking or reordering because i notice now that my energy level are lower than when i was on the stuff. I did feel a little different on it but a friend of mine told me it was probably the appetite suppressant that makes you feel that way.
So far so good I lost five pounds in two days! REALLY!! So far it seems to be worth the money. We'll see...
My first day on nuphedrine didn't fell good headache and clammy hands I don't know if it was not eating enough or was it from the pills. I already had a headache before taking the first dose. The pills are blue and white with 30 mg wriiten on the capsule.
To all of this people who are claiming they are not losing weight: The pill doesn't make you "magically lose weight". It claims to burn 500 extra calories a day. It takes about 3500 calories burned to lose 1 lb of fat. This product is aimed to help you with a calorie controlled diet. (For example, an adult male needs to eat approximately 2500 calories to maintain weight, therefore needs to eat less to lose weight). You do the rest of the maths. There is no magical pill.
What are the negatives about taking this? Are there any side affects or possible health risks?
OK folks, here's the deal from my perspective.....I have battled my weight ever since I got married 10 years ago. I went from 6'2, 215 to 290 after 7 years, and had maintained the 290 weight for the last 3 years. I tried several different diet methods...exercising, carb blockers, etc., and nothing worked real well. Sure, I'd lose 5 to 10 pounds, but I was still always mega-hungry. Over watching TV over a few months, I kept seeing promo spots that was pushing Hoodia. I started researching on the Internet and came across this Hoodia mix. I gave it a try, receiving my 3 month shipment at the beginning of July. My weight July 1st was 292. August 1st was 274. September 1st was 257. As of this morning (Oct 5th), I am at 251. And get this, NO EXERCISING!! I figure once my weight loss kind of tapers off or stagnates, I'd start some cardio to see if I can keep it going down to my goal weight of 215. Obviously, I'm VERY happy with this product so far. I must say that I have also completely changed my eating habbits. No more fried or fast foods and I pay attention to what I eat, although I haven't completely given up my prime rib and such once a week or so. Just use the product, follow the directions (don't take the blue/white capsule much more than 30 minutes before a meal or it doesn't work very well), and watch what you eat. Used correctly, this is a very effective, simple weight loss regime.
***HELP*** I bought this product off of ebay and I'm wondering if I got the real thing. The pills are blue and white. Are the nuphedrine pills half blue, half white?
This stuff is strong. I always thought supplements were weak. WOW!

I have lost 7lbs in 4 days may be a fluke but will keep going,I feel like I have alot of energy but sometimes fell a bit light headed and shaky but it's worth it to loose weight I would reccomend this product if you are serious about losing weight.
