In 2008, Nuphedrine changed manufacturers, and in the process updated their packaging and the color of the pills. The current Nuphedrine product is sold in a box with individual packets inside.
Nuphedrine is a highly-sought after, but highly controversial diet supplement. It contains two key ingredients which have been implicated in aiding weight loss: Advantra-Z and Hoodia. Advantra-Z is a patented form of synephrine or citrus aurantium, a similar product to the now banned ephedra. Hoodia is a cactus plant that hails from South Africa where it has long been used as an appetite suppressant for tribal men on long treks through the countryside. It has recently gained enormous popularity in the US. Nuphedrine also contains Slimaluma, a patented product that is also supposed to suppress appetite.

INGREDIENTS
Nuphedrine contains certified, 20X South African Hoodia, Advantra-Z in the 30X potency and Slimaluma.
Here is a breakdown of the three ingredients of Nuphedrine and how they work to help you lose weight:
Advantra-Z alone is supposed to help you burn an extra 500 calories a day with its 30X "Extra Strength" concentration. Advantra-Z claims that it enhances weight loss, increases lean muscle mass, improves athletic performance and suppresses appetite.
Hoodia contains a compound called ‘P57’, which is a molecule that makes you feel full. But only pure hoodia contains this special molecule. Many studies have shown that even though a product may claim it is pure hoodia or certified hoodia, it is not the real thing. The hoodia contained in NuPhedrine is concentrated 20 times and has a standardized guaranteed 20:1 ratio rating.
The third ingredient in Nuphedrine , Slimaluma is sends signals to your brain while you’re eating telling you that you’re full. Given its effects on satiety, a little amount of food can go along way in tricking you into feeling that you’ve eaten enough to quell your appetite even though very little food has been consumed.
ADMINISTRATION
It is recommended that you take three capsules of Nuphedrine per day. Two capsules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after eating. The third capsule should be taken at mid-day to help get you through the evening.

There are no specific dietary or exercise recommendations while taking any Nuphedrine but the company does recommend that you follow a sensible eating and exercise plan.

To InaF: Yes there are other people who have posted on this board who ordered Nuphedrine & don't live in the US. There are alot of posts to read up there, but I think you'll find one. I also think you will eventually get your order, mine came much later than it was supposed to & I seemed to have probs w/ the customer service people when I called about it not arriving on time. I live in Ireland and I haven't received any order yet. No answer of my mails, calls - nothing. Do you think I should still wait a little longer or better? Is anybody else a non US or UK buyer? I feel ripped off!!
I don't notice anything on this nuphedrine stuff. Not even when I double up on it twice/day. Been doing this for a couple of weeks. I'm overly hungry as usual & I haven't dropped a pound yet. I started exercising 6 times a week for an hour. Maybe this pill works for some of you all out there. But I have to report that if anything I think my metabolism is slower? Maybe I should just go back to the Diet Doctor here & get the Prescription Phentermine that I am used too. None of you are going to die form taking NuPhedrine and it won't hurt you to take two at once. How do I know? I've tried it! NuPhedrine is a huge scam! I never even got the refund I requested.
I just took my Nuphedrine earlier today & it didn't have dry mouth side effect.
Tried my Nuphedrine today, AND EVEN THOUGH I AM ANXIETY PRONE & I AM ALSO VERY SENSITIVE TO MEDICATIONS - I DID NOT GET GET SHAKY OR JITTERY LIKE I HAD WORRIED ABOUT BEFORE. I was worried beause most medications (RX or OTC) make my pulse race, while the majority of people who take the exact same thing get sleepy. Don't Know If It Will Help Me Lose Any Weight, Yet. But I Was Motivated To Do A Cardio Work Out & A Resistence Training Circuit. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW IF NUPHEDRIENE CAUSES EVEN SLIGHT DEHYDRATION?,DRY MOUTH?, or constipation???? So many diet supplements do have these bothersome side effects. I can drink extra Water for Dehydration & Dry Mouth. I can handle most unpleasant side-effects as I have learned that they ussually go away after 4 -5 days. But - well -I am embarassed to ask about - constipation???That's a pretty horrid side effect for me, I already suffer from IBS - I WOULD HATE TO THINK THAT MY NEW DIET SUPPLEMENT MADE THAT EXISTING CONDTION WORSE (being constipated & having the accompanying abdominal cramps all the time is a nightmare). I have been waiting 5 weeks for them and to be honest I am going to shove them straight back in the box and get my cash back. If that girl Laura folks died then I want out. I need to change my behaviour not but tablets. I too ordered my Nuphedrine via expidited shipping, and waited 8 or so days before the product arrived. I kept calling customer service complaining about not being given a shipping #. They finally gave me the USPS shipping number & then the Nuphedrine arrived. But Now, after reading some of the warnings on the product as well as, many of the comments posted here, I am somewhat afraid to take the pill. I read that it made some of the people feel kind of sick, so I didn't take it today because I had to drive a long way to do someting important that I could not cancel. 1. I ordered this product and did not get it... I paid extra to have it shipped faster, and STILL NOTHING!!! I have asked for a full refund when I called in, told I would get a full refund and STILL NOTHING!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!
I was always slightly overweight, but dew to some health issues I gained 20 pounds, so I tried pure Ephedrine(Magic Herb)! That when I was 40 back in 1997.. The side effect was only for couple of days, after that it worked like miracle. In three months I reached my goal, then became too skinny.. then took only one pill a day just to keep it that way until last year (exactly ten years). Now I am starting to gain pounds month after month.. I tried all the possible pills I could obtain in Canada or order from US, they only added more pounds. Im 22 years old. Im not overweight, but I just wanted to lose a few extra pounds, cant hurt right? Ive always been skeptical, not really believing that a pill can make you lose weight with out the side effects similar to ephedra. I decided to try a bottle of NuPhedrine and I can HONESTLY say it works. I dont have cravings anymore, and I dont get hungry for hours!! Ive never felt shaky, nervous, or had problems sleeping. This product seriosuly works, and I would NEVER give this review if I didnt believe so. I recommend buying this product!! Ive been using NuPhedrine for about 2 weeks now and Ive lost 13 pounds! I feel fantastic
I thought that supplements were a waste of money until a friend of mine at the gym gave me some of these to try out. Other supplments didn't do anything for me but I can definitely feel the difference in Nuphedrine. I wish i found this sooner.
