Nuphedrine is a highly-sought after, but highly controversial diet supplement. It contains two key ingredients which have been implicated in aiding weight loss: Advantra-Z and Hoodia. Advantra-Z is a patented form of synephrine or citrus aurantium, a similar product to the now banned ephedra. Advantra-Z alone is supposed to help you burn an extra 500 calories a day with its 30X "Extra Strength" concentration. Advantra-Z claims that it enhances weight loss, increases lean muscle mass, improves athletic performance and suppresses appetite.
Hoodia contains a compound called ‘P57’, which is a molecule that makes you feel full. But only pure hoodia contains this special molecule. Many studies have shown that even though a product may claim it is pure hoodia or certified hoodia, it is not the real thing. The hoodia contained in NuPhedrine is concentrated 20 times and has a standardized guaranteed 20:1 ratio rating.
The third ingredient in Nuphedrine , Slimaluma is sends signals to your brain while you’re eating telling you that you’re full. Given its effects on satiety, a little amount of food can go along way in tricking you into feeling that you’ve eaten enough to quell your appetite even though very little food has been consumed.
ADMINISTRATION
It is recommended that you take three capsules of Nuphedrine per day. Two capsules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after eating. The third capsule should be taken at mid-day to help get you through the evening.
DIET and EXERCISE
There are no specific dietary or exercise recommendations while taking any Nuphedrine but the company does recommend that you follow a sensible eating and exercise plan.

I placed my order over one month ago, does anyone else have to wait this long!!!! I am in the UK and have been told that they are waiting for a new delivery, can I get these anywhere else? I was looking forward to getting started but I feel as though I am being messed around. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Keep the reviews comin, it good to hear all the stories.
I just got my pills over the holidays. I took one this morning and still was hungry. I forgot to takethis afternoon but I will take one on my way home so hpefully won't be that hungry for dinner. My pills are Red and White. I have read on here that the blue and white pills worked. Has anyone had sussess with the red/white pills? I am getting married in June this year and need to lose all this wait I gained from the medicine I was on for a year... I have taken a lot of diet pills and it just seems without the Edphedra they just do not work...

Well, I have been using for a little less than a month, I have not exercised, I have tried to eat in moderation, and I lost 10 pounds, my month isn't up yet. I'm curious to find out what "no good for me" did in order to gain weight. lol. So far, I like the way that this doesn't make me feel, ie, shaky, headaches, etc. I'm sure if I actually exercised, I'd lose more. I got a bottle in the mail, had no problems with shipping (I used the express shipping), my pills are red/gray (curious about all the different colors also), and they came in a 60 count bottle. I purchased 2 bottles since I wasn't sure how many I'd be getting. To the "fatsos" comment, you are correct, unfortunately, many of us aren't as rigorous in that belief as you are. Ie, we might know, but, doesn't mean we have the will to follow it. I certainly don't. I needed a boost to get me through my 12 hour shifts, as well as some weight loss so I don't tear up my joints since I'm such a fatso. :) So far this is working well for me. I'm sure you have better things to do than to come onto this page and belittle people. You were doing fine until you couldn't control yourself and whipped out the name calling.

Great product! I ordered it for my mother and she swears by it now. She also got 2 of her fat friends on it. I guess it's never too late to get into shape.
I have a 14 year old and he's overweight. I came across this product a few months ago and bought it for my son. He's lost a lot of weight and has more energy than he's ever had before. I've been on NuPhedrine one week, eating a low calorie diet and alternating 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight training every other day. My energy level has definitely been boosted, but my hunger has not been surpressed that much. Not a single pound lost to date.
I too am not on the marketing team I recieved my 'red and white pills' in only 5 business days. I did however leave a email and never got a response. It is however the holidays. Feel great so far hope to stay away from the extra holiday calories.
I started putting a little extra weight on when i started college and tried various diet pills such as slimquick, NV, and other CVS drugstore diet pills. I actually gained weight when taking Slimquick and didnt lose a single pound with the others. I finally got on the internet and decided to read reviews and find the best product on the market. Before starting Nuphedrine i couldnt motivate myself to exercise or eat right. Ive only been on Nuphedrine for one week and not only have i lost 4 pounds but everyone has started commenting on how my body looks more fit and i have a better more energetic attitude than ever!! This pill has truly helped me turn my lazy lifestyle around. I would never get on this website and comment how awesome these pills really are if they weren't legite. Hi, I started taking the pills late last week. Yesterday I felt very very sick but I have to say no hunger pains because of nausea ! I don't mean that in a bad way, it can take your body awhile to adjust to new anything. I do feel better today and no so hungry. I'm still willing to give it an honest try. I'll keep you updated.
I went to the emergency room on Sunday night, I felt like crap.. shaky, weak and lathargic. It could be different things though.. I think it was a really bad migraine. I had bad nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea, which does not happend with a migraine. I'm tempted to give it another try and if I do get sick again, then I know for sure it was the pills, I had taken them for 2 days and lost 4 lbs!!! I felt great until that night, another possibility might be that I also forced my self to have pizza that same night, I think my body might have gone into shock becuase of all that grease.. like I said I'm going to try it again and I'll let you know. Has anybody else experienced this?
This this is not good at all. i ordered it and finished two bottles already so far i didnt lose anything....this is no magic. its the same as every other crazy pill on the market. icant belive i orderd and wasted my money. people who are thinking to buy it. its waist of time and moneyyyy..believe me.....
my pills are red/grey capsules, not solid pills. I got 60 per bottle. So far so good I guess. I haven't had any bad side effects. I've lost 3 pounds, but, I think it's just water weight. When it starts to drop past the 15pound mark, I'll come back and post. I haven't made any changes in my lifestyle. I run on the treadmill for 30 min, I try to eat low fat, and when I eat out, I try to pick "healthy items"....like Chili's chicken caesar pita with broccoli versus their fried chicken tenders.
my pills took 1 week to arrive. my pills are red/grey. i've been on this for 1 week now, and have lost 4 pounds. I haven't really done any significant diet changes. I just try to eat "healthy" but, I'm not starving myself. I haven't really been exercising, but, I am going to start. I didn't really feel anything with one, so, I upped the dose to 2 pills, total 4 per day. I used to take xenadrine before the FDA took away ephedrine. 2 doses of this feels similar (to me anyways) of how xenadrine used to feel. I've tried hydroxycut, and I didn't like. I've tried lipo6, and it made me poop a lot. I've had no changes in my pooping habits, a little shakiness, no changes in anything else except weight loss. Everyone is different, so, I hope this helps. I'm 5'0 and was 168 when I started, and am now at 164.
do these pills contain caffiene i am a big coffee drinker
I am not part of nuphedrine's marketing team. I ordered my pills on Friday last week and received them this past friday....1 week. I have been taking the pills for 2 days now (4 pills) and have felt great. I eat a small breakfast, small lunch, fruit before dinner and then a normal dinner. My appetite is suppressed (i eat, but not hungry all day). I eat to fuel my workouts. I have had SO MUCH energy, ive been cleaning everyday, doing a workout tape, bowflex and treadmill. I am going to way myself once per week and keep checking in.
I recieved my shipment in about 5 business days. I have used for 2 days and not experienced any side effects. It might all be in my head, but I don't feel hungry. I'm loooking to lose about 15 pounds and hope this gets me the jump start I am looking for. My pills are red and white btw. I have tried other products..hydroxycut made me really shaky from the beginning.
