I emailed the nuphedrine customer service about my order and I got response back within one day. it took a little over a week to get the product though. I would assume the customer service all depends on who you get. Companies have good customer service reps and bad customer service reps. I had to deal with my bank, Wachovia, customer service and it was horrendous. it took 5 weeks to get an order of checks mailed to me that i ordered with overnight delivery. I spoke to 5 female reps who were completely incompetent. Then last week i had an issue with my check card. I had left it at the ATM. I got a male customer service rep and he was awesome. Got me my new card the next day and took care of everything quickly, no long holds. he also sounded like he actually wanted to help me, no attitude like i got from the female reps. FYI...if you leave your ATM card in the ATM, the machine actually sucks the card up before the next person can take it. i'm not sexist, but i always had better service from male customer service reps in general.

I am reading comments trying to decide if this is worth the price. I wonder why the monitors don't ask customer service to address the issues raised. For example, why doesn't someone from the company address the color differences? I buy Tylenol and it never changes color. Why does the website not clearly tell you how many pills to take each day and how many pills come in each pack/bottle? All this information would be helpful. I emailed CS to ask these questions and 48 hours later no response. This doesn't make me trust the company. Customer Service should be top priority for a top company with a top product.

OK so after a week no change, other than feeling a bit more hyped up. Graduating onto 2 pills (so 4 a day) rather than just the one in the hope that'll make a difference. If not that'll be it for me - I can't afford to keep buying these things if they don't work and would rather put the money aside to help pay off my mounting student debt!

I started with the pills today 02/01/08 and will let you know how it goes. I do feel a little light headed and when dinner time comes I do feel a little hungry but Im trying not to give in to fatty foods. I'll keep posting. By the way my pills are red and white

So I'm on, what, day 4 of my Nuphedrine? As far as I can see it's not having an effect weight-wise, which is really what I wanted. Ever the optimist, I'm believing it has a lot to do with my body this week (*ahem*) and the fact that it might take some time to kick in. BUT I have been to the gym everyday, doing about and hour each day, rotating cardio and weight training and cardio alone. Maybe this might have something to do with it to - muscle weighing heavier than fat etc etc ;) I felt hungry today, but that's to do with having nothing to eat until 5 I think (full days with literally NO time - the student life ain't all it's cracked up to be!) Ohhh and another question to those who have taken Nuphedrine before - wondering if smoking affects it? Because, well, I do. And I have no plans to quit because it too curbs appetite. I'm not going to justify myself anyway - that's not what this is about, but yeah, anyone know? Haven't been on the scales this week but again, ever the optimist, if I've lost nothing, it's the muscle right? RIGHT?! :P

I ordered Nuphedrine and I started taking them today.So far so good, I also started hip hop as, and I really love it. so I will post in about a week when I weigh, so I can see for myself how well this product works. hopefully I can get the same results alot of you have gotten so far..Good luck to you all.

I ordered the product & didn't recieve it for almost 2 weeks. When I call customer service I was told they have a limited supply, and once they recieved the shipment (It is disributed out of Spain) it would be sent out in the order it was purchased. Needless to say, I got my Nuphedrine and I LOVE IT!!!! I have taken several other pills that said they had "Hoodia" in it, but they NEVER seemed to curve my appetite. I need to lose about a 100lbs. & so far since i been on these pills (1 week) I've lost 6 lbs. Im sure most of it is water weight right now, but I can tell you that i have had NO CRAVINGS and it does CURVE your appetite. Once i really start to see a large amount of weight coming off, I'll let you know. By the way... I AM exercising 3 times a week, I drink 1 protein shake a day and eat 2 other meals (basically what ever i want, just till im full). Good luck to the rest of you!

I wouldn't order the nuphedrines from eBay, the sellers feedback rating on the ones i saw were all low. might be bootleg/fake ones. I read that there were fake hydroxycuts on ebay a while back and the sellers had low feed back ratings because the accounts were too new and was a clear sign of a SCAM!

I got my order yesterday after work. I took one this morning and so far so good. If i get sick, i'll let you guys know. one quick observation, I don't really feel hungry but just heard my stomach and it sounds hungry. ha ha

These pills are pretty pricey and I am not sure they are what they are cracked up to be. I got them on Saturday and today is Wednesday, I have not got on the scale to see if they work because all of my clothes are feeling the same if not tighter. I have been watching what I eat, but I have been feeling extremely sleepy and mentally fatigued. I think it is a side effect of the supplement. I have only been able to exercise 1 day for 1 hour. I am just so sleepy. I will keep you posted once I weigh. By the way the pills I red and white.

I placed my order. I still got the 60 days money back warranty. I didn't receive my order yet. my only concern about this pills is a possible SERIOUS side effect. Did anyone experienced any?

Beth, sorry to hear you have anxiety ? I feel your pain. I?ve gotten anxiety attacks all my life. It started when I was around 14. I would get really hot and red and just feel sick to my stomach and it would come from racing thoughts in my head that came from no where. I had to leave class and walk outside just to get air. Winters were the best, when it was really cold out because I would heat up like hot coal and the cold air really helped me calm down. I?ve been taking nuphedrine for a short time and it does not affect my anxiety, but I think it actually helps it. I think the appetite suppressant has something to do with it. It?s hard to explain but basically I think the Hoodia is what gives me a slight euphoric feeling which suppresses the onset of my anxiety. But this is just in my case, not sure how it will work for anyone else. Especially because I never really got headaches so that is something I can?t comment on. If you think your anxiety stems from being overweight then might be worth try nuphedrine. It might help you end the vicious cycle of anxiety attacks. If your anxiety is really bad, you might want to get professional help. My sister took Zoloft for her anxiety. She took is for about 4 months and she is doing much better now. I hope this is helpful. Good luck on your weight loss and stopping your anxiety.

i'm thinking about ordering the product but i have trouble with anxiety and shakiness and headaches...should i still try the pill or will it make it worse?

Just ordered the product yesterday. Have already managed to shed about 12lbs with healthy eating and exercise, but as is the usual story, I want it to go quicker! So I'm really hoping this works - I don't want to have bought into (yet another!) scam. For those who have taken the product, how long does it take in general to SEE results? ie how quickly do you lose fat rather than water? I would like my jelly belly to magically disappear and if this would help, hurrah! I'll keep you all posted.

i would just like to know how to get abs like the surfer dude on the picture at the top of this page. I have strong abs, just can't seem them unless i push away the fat around my belly :( --- and don't tell me situps, i do like 200 a day.

Alli gave me the runs which was actually one of the side effects they list for the product, but it wasn't all that bad. Nuphedrine is def better, no soiling your pants with this stuff. I've seen Slimquick on TV but haven't tried it. i heard their before and after commercials were a scam. They paid people that were in shape to eat and get fat and they reversed the B&A shots, but that's what i saw on a local news station so not sure how accurate that is. What the heck is Leptovox. I just looked it up and it looks like some bootleg product from China. I also read this is some MLM (multi level marketing) scam. It looks like the company that makes this also makes numerous other diet products but it's all the same stuff, just with different names. definitely shady. If you took that i would suggest you get tested for lead poisoning. i have lost 10 in the past 3 weeks. I just hope i don't gain it back in one.
