Thanks for all the posts! I was trying to determine if it is a scam (there are so many creeps out there!) Instead of this, I went to the health food store and purchased the juice from a reputable company.

Scammed out of 5$ for a web access charge 3 weeks after I placed my order. This charge wasnt authorized by me. Im sure their will be other charges but I blocked them for future purchases from my credit card company.

I went to www.acaiburn.com to check out the product that I have heard so much about. After reading thru the fine print before ordering, I decided to search reviews. Below is the IM conversation I had with one of Acaiburn 'virtual agents'. I decided not to take advantage of their product after additional research into the business. Just wanted to share-

Like you we ordered some products and the price shot up because we live in the UK. We decided we would cancel the order straight away.
posted Dec 26th, 2008 8:44 amWe got hold of a live agent who looked at the order and cancelled it. We were then informed our card details had been removed from their records.
When we received our card statement we found that an amount of $4:95 had been taken out of the account for Web access Insider tips. We cancelled this through our card company although this amount had been paid.
After stewing on this we decided we wanted our money back. When we contacted the company It assured us no other monies would come out of our account but we should have read the terms and conditions when we signed up to the trial offer.
They refused to refund our money because they said it was their sister company that we signed up to.
To cut a long story short we contacted the sister company and they have refunded our money and cancelled all our details.
All though we think their practice of signing you up to a membership site that is buried in the terms and conditions is wrong you will get your money back.

I haven't noticed any difference using my free trial. I have noticed nearly an eighty dollar charge to my credit card for next month's supply, some books, etc. I have spent hours on the phone and on line trying to get them to cancel that. What a runaround they give you, It's either, "call back when our computers are working, we'll call you later today, or, what's that? I can't hear you. I'll have to hang up now" they are very creative however. I canceled my card. Screw them.

This is a complete scam, in in England, they wrote down that the trial will be $4 postage, and when i checked out it went upto $24, then to my shock they then stated on their website that they have automatically put me into their subscription program to receieve this product every month!! i didnt even want that...and on top of that, they subscribe you to some crappy ebooks which are another $15 a month.
posted Dec 21st, 2008 5:55 amthey dont tell you about this stuff before you order.
These people are scammers, they lure you into the free trial and then add on extras.
people please help me - what was the website for cancellation of membership? i dont have it, i need the website for cancellation of the tablets membership, and the two ebooks as well.
please help.

BEWARE..BEWARE..BEWARE!!! I Purchased the so called free sample for $4.95, they debited my card with $40.30. I CANCELLED the order within 15 mins of the original order placement. They ignored my email and charged me anyway. They then refunded me $31.67 INSTEAD of the full amount. Their site says they do not charge you for two weeks .. CRAP .. They have since taken another $7.51 from my card UNAUTHORISED 2 weeks after the original transaction. I have cancelled my card so they cannot suck any more from it. This is from the Acaiburn site. IT IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THERE!!!!

a real con - not well advertised - charge you despite not wanting it - all aspects completely shocking - not a FREE trial after all

Total Scam. Tell you it's a free trial and then enroll you in the program and continue to charge your credit card. THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL. If you keep the supposed free trial you are obligated to buy it!!

It took about 2 wks. before i actually recieved my product. I did notice some almost immediate energy, however, when I called to cancel my trial... they said if I don't send the bottle back (and pay for INSURED POSTAGE) then my card will be charge $52 something for that FREE bottle that I only had to pay shipping on...... In other words.... the Bottle is not free. It is free to try it for 2 weeks if you send the bottle back to them within that time.

Complete scam... they say there is a free trial, when it is nothing of the sort, you get charged ridiculously expensive postage, then they enroll you for a subscription which they don't you. You are charged $59.99 for the trial which is supposed to be free. Do not go near it!!!!
