bsl:  Don't do it! It does not work at all. In fact, I noticed that when I wore it, I was very bloated and when I went a day or two without wearing it, I wasn't. I think I even gained a couple of pounds while wearing it. I wore it for about a month.

LAF:  I love this product! I couldn't believe I felt a difference just a few hours after I started! I feel great and I lost 4 lbs my first week and haven't really changed my excersize program. Heard some people had side effects but I haven't experienced any.

youre all clueless:  look, this isnt some magic patch, all it is is an appetite supressor, therefore it wont work long term because....1)if you have the will power in the first place to stop eating chocolate, mcdonalds and fatty salty junk then you dont need the patch in the first place. 2) if you havent got the willpower to stop stuffing your face in the first place then this patch isnt going to make any difference. solution is simple cut out the crap from your diet, stop snacking and stuffing your fat face with food and get off your fat cellulite butt and do some exercise,

TopDieter:  I am on day 2 and it has stopped my hunger. And when I do eat meals i dont eat everything in site! So far so good!

Lilou:  I am hoping to lose the extra 10lbs I put on since getting engaged and i am using the pink patch. It's day 3 and I've lost 4lbs, so I think that my weight loss speaks volumes. "youre all clueless" needs to get a life. I think this patch is good if you have a small amount of weight to lose or if you are addicted to sugar because you can use the patch to stop the sugar cravings and then when you finish using said patch, your blood sugar will be regulating itself normally and you won't be craving the naughty things- so, unless you decide to start eating them in large quantities again the prob should be solved. I don't think anyone has suggested that the patch is "magic" but so far I am finding it really helpful. I am a dancer by profession but I have not changed my exercise program and for me the weight that I've lost seems to be down to this patch! I would be wary about wearing it over a long period of time as the lack of studies on this product is an area of concern but at this rate by next week I won't be needing it. so in conclusion, for a short term fix or quick boost I don't think it will do any harm and I am happy with this product as it is working for me at the moment.

hmmm:  I havent used it yet..I was thinkin about it tho... ive heard some good things and some bad things... but I think I might try it for a week anyway...just to see...

Jill Parkinson:  Just thought i'd share with you my experience, I lost 6.7 stone last year, going from a size 18/20 to a size 12 in 7months through working out excessively and eating sensibly. However I have put on a stone again, now weighing in at 10stone 5lbs. I HAVE JUST STARTED USING THESE PATCHES - I have lost 3lb in 3days and feel fabulous, I haven't altered my eating although I have less of an appetite and it has given me the extra energy boost to get me back in the gym at home. I will be using them but just until i've shifted this stone 2 months max as am not convinced that long-term use would be all that good addiction wise.... Good look to anyone else thinking of trying them.

They claim if you send it back you get a full refund except shipping but they dont tell you that if you just go and send it back to where it came from you void you refund. One rep told me that it had to go back to a different address (warehouse) from the one on the envelop the first time i called and then a nother rep told me i that it has to go to the address that it came from.So screwed out of the money because i returned it to sender instead of opening it up and on the packing slip it tells you not to return to sender. BUT the address that they say to send it back to IS THE EXACT SAME!!!! It is a scam and i garentee many people screw that up and lose that money. they should have this posted on the outside envelop!!!! So becareful if your planing on sending it back!!! make sure you get a confermation from the postoffice!!!

Tracy:  Im just trying the pink patch at 37 so will see soon if it works. Im after loosing those last few pounds that wont shift despite a good fitness regime and sensible diet. The patch is designed to reduce your appetite so you eat less than you need also giving you a boost in energy which is often depleted through lowering calorie intake. Its not a miracle cure just an aid to help and as long as you maintain a sensible diet afterwards and keep up with fitness then yes it should work. for some people like myself its hard to shed a few pounds as your close to your ideal weight your body tries to hand on to those pounds and its not that your stuffing your face its that you may be struggling with energy on a diet thats low enough in cals to shed them last pounds.

hjuufhfjfj:  some of you are claiming to have lost 3-4lbs in 3 days which is ridiculous and very dangerous, i think your reviews are fake and planted by the company, either that or youre just starving yourself, which means you'll put the weight back on again as soon as you stop using the patch.

hin:  got the trial and it was my first day yesterday...felt no different :| definitely no effect on my cravings or appetite...i'm a healthy bmi though so I don't really need to control my appetite as I don't overeat but just wanted to see if the supposed increase in fat metabolism would help me lose a few lbs....hmmm

JODIE:  i am not that much over wieght but my size jeans were getting 2 tight etc, so i got me one months worth, its been 5 days now and ihave lost 3lb already! so all good so far and they do make you feel full and i dont crave late at night like i used 2.

Gillian:  I have been dieting and exercising with a personal trainer 3 times a week for the past 6 weeks to help me shift 3 stone. My weight loss is usually steady and I lose about a pound every other day. Since starting a six day trial with the patch, my usual steady weight loss has stopped. Would suggest to others therefore that these are a complete rip off so save your money. Those that have had some success I would put it down to your mind playing tricks on you - because you think you have a 'miracle' patch on that is curbing your appetite you are probably eating less but not due to the patch, it's all in the mind. If someone gave you an ordinary elastoplast and told you you would lose weight by wearing it you'd probably get the same results at a much cheaper price. Save your money girls and realise from someone who has tried everything on the market over the past 15 years that the only way that works is eat healthier and exercise.

jade:  Hi i ordered the free trial ! got this and 2 weeks later ! £40 come to my door without ordering them ! i was shocked, but havent received my bank statement yet so hopefully havent been charged . any way im using them at the moment ., I find they have a weird smell to them ! but i have lost a couple of pounds . im only a size 12 anyway so maybe the weight will shed slower :S! just wante dthem before my holiday ! i think theyre way to expensive though ! i suggest walking and adios ! thats good stuff and its worked a treat for me !

ljb:  Be careful if you order the free trial as unless you e-mail curb your cravings within 14 days of accepting the free trial they will automatically send you a months worth and keep taking the payment from whichever payment device you used to pay the P&P on the free trial. On a flip side, I did the free trial and lost about 4 pounds, (cancelled the subscription) and then ordered a one off delivery of a months worth and have now lost another 3 pound only 1 week in. It may well be pyschological but if it helps then whats the problem!!

Louise:  Has anyone else noticed the fine print? After your trial 6 days end if you do not contact them and say stop they will send you out a new set every thirty days at a cost of almost £40 as they store your bank details on there records.

Linda:  Hi all. I'd just like to say, that after having my 5thchild and gaining 3&1/2 stone, I looked in to all kinds of diets. To begin with, I started by drinking more water, at least 6 glasses a day which kick started my system and I started to loose about 6lb a week. I also removed almost all fat from diet, eating approx 25-30g of fat a day (the recommendation is 70g of fat for women) and changed all eating habits including changing my rice to wholegrain and my pasta to whole wheat. It started getting difficult at around the 10&1/2 stone mark, and I wanted to get down to 9stone. I then used the pink patch for 1 whole week and started the slim fast plan at the same time. This helped to curb my hunger while my body adjusted to the slimfast plan. Now I'm 9st from a whooping 13&1/2 stone after my daughter was born. My daughter is now 10 months old, I don't really do any exercise other than the daily cleanin,g tidying etc, and I try walk to the shops which is approx 15mins away. I didn't have to change a lot or go to the gym to get these results so it just goes to show...anything is possible!!!

pennylane:  I'm not sure who is real on this site and who isn't, but that's ok. I ordered the patches (free trial) and I haven't really noticed anything. However, you do receive a month's supply if you don't contact them! I cancelled, but not after $50 was charged. I believe it does curb my cravings, but other than that, nothing miraculous. Would I recommend? Probably not. I haven't lost anything....except $50.

Ellie:  I ordered the free trial of the patches about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Right away, I noticed that I'm happier and in a better mood overall. I don't have the appetite that I normally do and I haven't been craving things (like carbs) that I previously did. I received my month's supply three days ago and will continue to wear the patch. I lost a few pounds already. I plan on continuing to wear the pink patch just because I feel a lot happier and less stressed out than previously. In addition, this is a nice diet aid because you don't have to remember to take pills at a certain time and no one will know that you're on this diet (unless you tell them or show them the patch). I got tired of other diet aids because I had a hard time remembering when to take all the pills and I wouldn't take them when I went out to lunch with co-workers or friends and family. This is a very simple diet with no adverse reactions. I think that this is a good diet aid, as long as you try to make better food choices and exercise 20-30 minutes a few times per week.

omra:  My advice would be to see your GP first. I've had a look into some of these wonderful, natural ingredients and three of them alter hormonal levels and the effects of oral contraceptives. Before you get yourself "up the duff", see your doctor: Flaxseed may alter hormonal levels and alter the effects of oral contraceptives or HRT. Only use flaxseed under the supervision of a qualified health care provider if you are taking hormonal altering medications such as oral contraceptives or HRT!

Comment:  I am currently using the free sample, on my 5th day now and so far I have not lost an oz. However, it is the wrong time of the month for me and had I thought about the timing, I would not have ordered it just yet. Omra great positive advice! to take on board. I just wanted to add that some people talk about going to the Gym, being Lazy and eating healthy. I speak for myself and may be the few people out there, with a medical reason why the Gym is not an option (I did join the Gym and I stopped as it provoked additional pain), without the benefit of excercise eating health is not always enough to lose weight. GSB:  THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! I was courious about this patch and like te rest of you thought what do i have to lose? I ordered the sample pack and recieved it 2 weeks later so this was after the time stipulation on canceling the product. I then noticed the £40.90 taken from my account and that same day I recieved my 1 months supply. Confused I called the company and spoke to a girl called Charley Shelley. As I was not getting anywhere with her I asked to speak with a manager as I was not happy this amount came out in the first place but I did agree to the terms and conditions but only recieved the samaple pack after the 14 day trial period which is not my fault. I was told by Charlie that there was no manager available at the time and was told I would get a call back. I asked for a call back that afternoon as I was at work. As I never recieved the call I decided to call back and was on hold for 20 mins. A girl called Luara answered and as I havd not recieved my call back i asked too speak to a manaer then. At this stage I was getting more and more upset obviously and instead of getting a a manger for me I was told they were all in a meeting and a call would be made the next day to me. I did not accept this as I was promised a call that day and was not given one. I advised I would to speak with a manager and instead of proving customer service and understanding the customer was not happy Laura told me I could not wait on the phone and would trminate the call - which she did. At this I am sure you can appretiate I was furoiuse and called back. Spoke to her again and Laura terminated the call AGAIN. I thought 3rd time lucky and got back through to Charlie Shelley from that morning and she did the samae thing. I am discusted in their service for a start and the only thing I have lost is my patience. If having your money taken wasn't enough I had to speak to two very rude and unhelpful advisers. I just hope this does not happen to anyone else and I hope everyone reads the small print and does not get sucked in. Besides the above I have not used any on the patches - ordered or sample as I am so angry with the company, but I feel a well balanced diet and some excersise is the answer to all you ladys out there. MAC:  GSB, as with any product you order online there will always be fine print. It clearly says that you will be billed monthly if you do not cancel the order within a certain time period. Your original order would have already be taken out. I had no problems at all cancelling the "monthly" terms and now just simply order at my own will whenever I need/want to. I've been taking this product for 6 weeks now, and LOVE it! It helps with many aspects (including PMS) as well as weight loss. I haven't altered my diet as I should, but have still seen a loss of 5 lbs. I also love that I have more energy without the jitters or heart issues! The only bad thing I've found is that if you do have to take perscription medication, you will have to stop the patch to avoid any type of drug interaction with herbal remedies. Just wise to do. It also takes a few days (3 for me) to really start noticing it working again. I think its a fabulous product and definately recommend it! Just like with several other great past inventions, you will have your doubters. I'm sure at some point in time people thought the telephone was a terrible thing! Lord help 'em now! Ha!

laura:  the best thing to do is once u get u r free trial, ring them up or email and ask ur direct debit 2 b cancelled and then if the patch works 4 u, order a new pack - simple. it does help to read the small print tho! i have 2 say when i telephoned the company they were very helpful and i have been on the pink patch for 3 days, doin my normal exercise and normal diet (not strict but not too many sweeties either) and i have lost 2 lb already. i do feel bloated after i eat but i think that is the effect because i feel full all the time. i agree tho that there is not enough info with the pack sent to you tho.

dani:  Im on day two and i still feel no different. I am still eating as much as i used to and the hunger pangs are not going away! Its only day two tho so i am sticking to it untill my patches are gone to see if this really does work. I suppose everybody gets different effects for their bodys and lifestyles. And just to say to Fanoire, you are far too young to be taking these patches, it says yo have to be at least 18 years of age. And im pretty sure putting 10 on your body would not make much of a difference to putting one on. It could even be dangerous especially at the ag you are. Also started to notice that wherever i was putting the patches, gave me a terrible itch and turned out in a mild rash for a while. JOJO:  As someone in the medical profession and with a diploma in nutrition I have to say I agree with the people saying a bit of will power but can see the psychological twist that the patch has. Its the placebo effect alot of drug companies take. It surely speaks volumes that there is no FDA approval also. Losing weight is the easy part its maintaining the weight thats the hardest part. Eat a balanced diet and dont deny yourself anything, Try to cut down and lost weight at a steady pace. When you crash diet your body panics and stores fat thinking you are depriving it of nutrients. Aim for 4-7lbs weight loss per week for the first few weeks it will gradually slow to 2-5lbs but this means you are more likely to maintain the desired look. If you want to speed up your metabolism look at foods that do that or take the herbal supplement that suits you best. Try drinking lemon juice in hot water before breakfast give your body a boost and never skip breakfast. Drink green tea that helps break down the antioxdants in your body eliminating excess water. Eat foods and take supplements that aid digestion eg acidophilus. Its all about moderation. PINK PATCH???? Everyone is different I dont think its the patch if this thing really worked you should be able to eat all the junk in the world and still loose weight WONT HAPPEN LADIES sorry no quick fix for a bit of FAT!

Jamie:  I agree with those who are saying it's likely a placebo. The placebo effect is very great and probably does more than any of these "natural" ingredients in the patch. (Remember--strychnine is all-natural too! Just because it's "natural" doesn't mean it's good for you.) If appetite suppression is really that big a deal, try drinking Yerba Mate tea instead of absorbing the Yerba Mate through your skin, since this product claims that it utilizes Yerba Mate to suppress your appetite. You'll probably get a higher "dose" of Yerba Mate without putting on this placebo-patch or getting tricked into an automatic subscription. You'll also get all the benefits of Yerba Mate tea--the antioxidants, the better digestion, etc. It reminds me of my friend when she got married--the few days before her wedding she started taking tons of diuretics in order to fit into her dress, and then was too sick to enjoy her honeymoon. If this product makes you lose weight at all, it's probably water weight--the weight that NORMALLY fluctuates depending on how hydrated you are. Don't be fooled--especially since, as noted above, flaxseed oil can interfere with oral contraceptives. Trust me, a baby will NOT help you lose weight!

Ann Thompson:  This company was informed I had not ordered ANY item from them yet proceeded to charge me for a free trail?? then 2 weeks later I received a large envelope with pink patches in then and was cahrged over £40. sue:  I ordered my free trial which came straight away. Cant say I see or feel any different but I WAS willing to give it a try for one month - however I cant get hold of the office to cancel my order. Listened to their repeated message for 16mins today and again for another 10mins - so beware when putting in bank details - you may not beable to get them to cancel it. Anyone else had similar problem.

It says on the bottom it is not available to CA residents, it has not been approved by the FDA, and if you click on the "Contact us" link, it clearly says they will not refund your shipping and handling costs, and that products marked "RETURN TO SENDER" are not eligible for refunds. (read the fine print ladies) I just ordered my trial last week, but have not received it yet. I am calling tomorrow to cancel my month supply, so I can order on my own terms. Does anybody know how this will react with birth control? I'm not sexually active, but I use b.c. for acne and cramps.

lin:  Hi, I agree with the theory that the only way to lose weight is to retrain your old habits. I lost 6 stones in 6 months by cutting out fats and eating more fruit and veg. however, the fact that you purchase the patches in the beginning means you have made a decision to do something about the excess weight, right or wrong if this product helps then its psychological but sometimes you just need that extra buzz to get you started. I don't agree with the continuation of the product unless requested by you and to charge your account after the trial period suggests an unscrupulous company are selling these products... as suggested in an earlier post, try e-bay. ash:  I got the free trial and nothing changed. My skin got all irritated where it was and didnt loose a single pound! ITS A SCAM!!!! Come to find out I "supposedly" signed up for a month to month membership. When I called to cancel they told me to send it back and I would be refunded in FULL regardless of their policy because I had never received the letter stating about the membership (the Pink Letter). Wrong... they didn't refund my shipping and handling. Not to mention they hung up on me too!! I advise everyone that before they sign up to get something for "FREE" that they read very carefully every single word. Because the only thing Ive lost in my money and my patience!

pop:  Just so everyone knows, losing 3-4lbs in the first couple of days is exciting in itself. However that wight is mostly water weight and it doesn't reflect hardly any actual weight loss. Lots of people seem to be reporting back weight losses of around 3-4 lbs in the first few days, but weight tends to naturally fluctuate by these sort of amounts anyway. Gabby:  I would not let the automatic payments put you off, they can be cancelled. I have read that a lot of people are angry about this but they do tell you on the website, it just shows how important it is to read things properly first. I ordered my free trial and sent them an email stopping the subscription straight after. I got my trial and i have had no subscription problems.

HelsBels:  I started these as my friend ordered a pack so we halved these I have been on these now for almost 2 weeks. Bit sceptical at first but within a day or two I noticed the reduction in appetite as working in office I found myself getting into the habit of sitting at my desk snacking...... no longer I may add. I dont feel half as hungry as I used to. I have lost a bit of flab. I dont do scales i judge weight loss thru the way my clothes fit me. I havent had the usual lethargic and jittery feeling you get when you dont eat enough and need to run for the nearest choccie biscuit or Mars Bar to give you that sugar rush before you pass out. Now because i it has been 2 weeks I think my stomach may have shrunk slightly. On Sat evening I ordered a pizza with my friend had two slices and felt full not finishing my food a problem i have never had in the past, this is something I am noticing more and more.....less I eat, the less I am able to eat - dont know if this makes sense. I am genuine customer and I have read these posts with all the different comments all I can say Psychological or not everyone is different. This might not work for some but it has done for me. I feel great if your open minded give them a try... nothing to lose.

MissT:  It is easy to cancell online, I just did and they have sent me confirmation too. As for the patches, its still early days as I'm only in my second day of using it. I must say though that they do make me feel a bit like when I was taking NowSlim, which made me lose weight, but made me feel sick so I stopped. With the patches I do feel warmer and more energetic if nothing else. I will see if I lose weight first before I order for real. My advice to anyone wishing to try patch, Make sure you don't have high blood pressure or are taking other medication. Good luck all!

After a couple of months I got a boil in my ear canal - never had anything like before ever!! Then I had a bleeding ovarian cyst - again never had anything like that before. Then found out through a friend about someone else who had been on pink patches for a couple of months and had a ruptured ovarian cyst! Coincedence? Feel a bit scared to use them again. Has anyone else had any side effects?

Hobgoblin:  Some of you may be losing weight, but what you aren't doing is considering the effects that this drug is having on your body. Did you know that it is not actually legalised, and do you know all the other hiden ingrediants with in this patch that are potentially harmful? Stop being such suckers for a gimmic, get up - do some activity and eat less fat!
