Jillian Michaels (born 18 February, 1974) is a fitness expert who gained prominence as a trainer on the NBC weight-loss reality series ''The Biggest Loser'' (USA). Michaels was the trainer for the red team until 2006, when she was replaced by Kim Lyons. She returned in 2007 as the black team coach, competing against Kim's red team and Bob Harper's blue team. Kim decided not to return for the spring 2008 season, leaving Jillian as the only female trainer. Along with Bob Harper, Jillian is also a trainer in the Australian version of the show. She began her career in exercise because she was considerably overweight before her teenage years (though not as much as the contestants she whips into shape now). As a young adult, her mother enrolled her in a martial arts class, which was a new beginning for Jillian. Thereafter she dedicated herself to helping the overweight transform their lives and their bodies for the better.

IM GUESSING IF JILLIAN HADN'T HAVE SPOKE UP FIRST IM SURE BOB WOULD HAVE. HE IS SO CARING AND LOVING TO HIS PEOPLE. THE SHOW MUST HAVE EDITED IT TO LOOK AS THOUGH JILLIAN "STOLE" AMY. HA HA. HOW FUNNY YOU PEOPLE ARE. TO BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE, AND IN THE SEQUENCE YOU SAW IT IN. THEY USE CUT AND PASTE PEOPLE. PLUS IT'S GOOD FOR THE SHOW. Jillian is amazing!! I watch Biggest Loser all the time. Jillian is definetly a role model of mine I look up to her alot. Shes a powerful, and inspiring person and trainer. I wish I could meet her someday and train with her. That would mean alot to me. Keep it up Jillian!!! Your Awsome!!!!

Jillian appears to be a 'faking a good attitude.' But - my opinion - she is in it for Jillian. She's trying to prove she should be there. Kym and Bob - at least - seem to be trying to do the job for their "clients". TBL could lose Jillian and be a winner.

Although I believe that Jillian is an amazing trainer, she completely underminded the other trainer, Kim, by getting Amy on the black team. Amy was whiny and vindictive, and I am glad that she went home. Jillian should've been more professional; everyone saw what she was trying to do. How high school.

Not sure how to get this message through to the show regarding the sabatoge on last week's show. i feel he should have been removed from the show because of what he did. Jez should be back on. i really like the show, but if things are allowed to happen like that, i will no longer watch it. it is unfair.

Jillian rocks!! I am thrilled to see she is back on BL as the black Team Trainer. She is much better thatn Kim Lyons. Kim is Ok but I love tough, hard working Trainers who will help kick that fat away. Go Jillian. Bob and Jillian had good chemistry togethere so keep those 2 on the show.

If Jillian does read this, I just wanted to ask you if there's any way possible you can convince the producers to do a biggest loser for kids. It might be very important to get the adults small to, but the kids are the future, and some of the big kids might not be there to change the ways we live, maybe you can convince them to do it during the summer break. Some children that I know love the show, but some of them are afraid they won't live long enough to get the help that you're giving the adults.

I love the show, all three trainers. I am very upset with what happened with Neil. I think he should be disqualified from the show. It's supposed to be about weight loss, not sabotaging others efforts.

I am a diabetic single mother of three. It would be a dream come true to work with jillian. I am scared my health is going to give me a early death, I want to be around a long time for my kids. I have no clue where to start and no nutriant knowledge, please help me. being single with 3 kids I do not have money for alot of stuff.

love the show, wish everyone could go to camp, also would like to see people with physical handicaps do a show, this show is awesome except neil is a jerk and he should have been voted off,
