Salmon, Wild Rice and Green Beans

Another example of how an impressive and nutritious meal can take less than half-an-hour to prepare from challenger kbohn23.

My husband and I had baked salmon, wild rice and green beans tonight for dinner. Healthy and easy to make.

Sprinkle the salmon with a little olive oil, lemon juice, and dill, wrap it in tin foil and pop it in the oven at 450 degrees for about twenty minutes. I cheated a little with the wild rice, I used one of the Uncle Ben’s microwavable packets, and I steamed the green beans.

All together it probably took me a total of 25 minutes, including baking time, to make the entire meal. For all of us who have busy lives, it’s great to have recipes on hand which are quick and easy to make, but are also healthy and yummy.
