It's an online resource to access Curves nutrition experts and dozens of useful tools- a more comprehensive extension of the traditional program. DIET and NUTRITION

"What do I get to eat" is usually one of the more pressing questions when considering a new diet. No one wants to go hungry or give up anything. It can also be a task measuring all of those calories and fat grams and trying to determine the healthiest meal choices. Curves Complete takes a lot of the guessing and working out of the equation. Each day when you log into Curves Complete, you'll find a complete meal plan for the day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks are explained with detailed nutrition information and the counts already added.

A sample of a day following the Curves Complete meal plan could be:

  • Breakfast- bran muffin, egg white omelet with peppers and fat-free cheddar cheese.

Following the personal assessment of your current health and weight stats, you'll be given the option to take the Curves Workout Quick Start, the option to choose from a list of workout plans or opt not to participate in a workout plan, which Curves does not recommend.

Just like the neighborhood gyms, Curves Complete workouts encourage you to keep moving. As they've proven with their famous 30-minute workouts, it doesn't take a huge time commitment. Thirty minutes, at least three times a week, and you can accomplish cardio, strength training and other key points of a complete workout.

Not everyone can make it to a Curves gym, so there are other workouts you can select- like a walking plan that has you taking anywhere from 4,000 to 20,000 steps each day, or you can build a cardio plan.

I have been a faithful member of Curves for the past 5 years. It is the only system that has helped me to lose and keep the weight off. It has also been a great stress reliever and delightful social activity. I've made many workout buddies over the years and we really do encourage one another. I love the support staff and really like the fact that there are no mirrors or men around to watch me while I'm working out. The food plan and supplements are top notch but like any other fitness program the secret is committment and consistency. I have highly recommended this program to all of my friends and family many of whom are now benefitting. Curves is not for everyone but I have found that most people who try it and truly challenge themselves see results in sometimes less than three weeks. I for one plan on continuing the course.
