About Me:

I am 59 years old and need to lose 100 pounds so that I am healthy and can enjoy life again! I have currently lost 30 but need to lose another 30 so that I may get a knee replacement!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 50 pounds
  • exercising 4 to 5 times a week

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I became a mom 35 years ago

My favorite healthy food:

whole grain pasta

My guiltiest pleasure:

fast Food

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I no longer want to be dependent on medications and I want my kids and grandkids to know how to live a healthy life!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking soda and only drink water. Exercising in the pool daily!

My favorite activity at the gym is:

water arobics

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my daughter! She is an awesome mother and wife!
