About Me:

I am a born again wife of one, the mother of four, the bonus mom of four more, and a grandma! My first goal was to lose 50 lbs and I DID IT! I am actually at 59 lbs lost now :)

The goals I'm working toward:

  • exercising regularly. It is still a battle.
  • maintaining my weight loss.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

about two years after I had my third child. Even then though, I was still a healthy weight. But, when I quit smoking ... that is when I really picked up weight.

My favorite healthy food:

grilled veggies and turkey on wasa bread.

My guiltiest pleasure:

red delicious apples with real peanut butter! Yum!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel good about the way I look and live to play with my grandbabies.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drinking water!
  • keeping a journal of my food.
  • WALK AWAY THE POUNDS!

My favorite activity at the gym is:

treadmill.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my Children.
  • having such a great husband.
  • graduating Ambassador's Academy.
  • losing 50 lbs!
