I was a WW member for years. Lost 64 lbs. the first time. Lectured for several years, loved it. Gained some back, but have always gone on the program to lose the weight again. The online program sounds great. And for men! Maybe it's the thing I need to get my 79 year old a-- back in line. posted May 6th, 2009 11:52 pm

I started it when my wife wanted to join WW and needed support, so far in 2 weeks I'm down 7lbs. The best part is it's easy, you just learn to eat smarter, but you want you can still have that slice of pizza and beer and it won't kill your diet. I love it! posted Jan 22nd, 2009 11:26 am

My wife turned me on to WW after she had success on the program. Her support really helped me commit to WW. I've lost 20-pounds in 3 months, and feel great! For the first time since high school I'm exercising regularly, and getting good results. posted Jan 1st, 2009 10:35 pm

Anyone know how many exercise points I get for skiing? It seems if I am out all day in the cold and keeping moving on the slopes that it should be worth something? posted Dec 5th, 2008 11:59 am

This really works. Started in April and I've lost 35 pounds since then. I eat the food that I like. Make some concessions when we cook at home- but grilling, beer and family pizza night aren't a problem. Definitely worth it. posted Oct 16th, 2008 5:40 pm

The points gets tedious so I usually have my wife help with this part, so without her help I would never be able to follow it. As a guy I need something more straight forward posted Oct 4th, 2008 5:05 pm

The calculatore the weight watchers site gives you is awesome but if you can't get near a computer to login and check on foods I found it hard to stay in check but their recipes rule! posted Oct 4th, 2008 5:02 pm

I've done WW for a while and convinced my husband do the WW for Men. He loves it! He said it doesn't feel like a girly diet and and he can count points without the guys really catching on. He's lost 15 pounds since the beginning of the year. Thanks WW for coming up with this!! posted Jun 6th, 2008 3:39 pm
