Diets in Review Question

Is Weight Watchers a lifestyle change or just a weight loss plan that has to be revisited?

Josh asked this question May 16th, 2011 12:18 pm

a lot of people here say "When i restarted WW" ... so i can't help but ask, is this a lifestyle change or is it a reocurring weight loss program. I want to lost 10-15 lbs and stay in shape, and not have to come back to lose 10-15 lbs again later.

It is not a diet it is a lifesyle change after you hit your goal weight weight watcher's will help you figure out how many points you need to stay at your weight.

It is a lifestyle change. The only reason people say "When I restarted WW" is because they went off the program. The program didn't go off of them.
