About Me:

Student. Always had an issue with my weight but Im looking to make a serious and long term positive change.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle
  • Bikini ready for holiday in June
  • Become fitter

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Probably primary school before kids were savvy enough to pick up on me being larger and bring it to my constant attention through the medium of bullying.

My favorite healthy food:

Grapes, melon, carrots, Iceberg lettuce, peppers, yoghurt.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Savoury snacks like crisps and nuts. Fizzy drinks and of course chinese and indian takeouts.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be able to go into a shop and find something that fits. I want to feel better in myself both mentally and physically and I want to learn how to make positive changes to my life that I utilise forever.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Sports where I don't feel like I am doing exercise like pole dancing and scuba
  • resistance training in the gym - I suck at treadmills and the like

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Resistance like bench presses, leg presses etc going to give this zumba thing a bash and when I feel ready get back to pole fitness classes

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Earning my masters
  • Being accepted for a PhD (which Im currently 1 year into)
  • Getting to a previous goal weight
