I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to be as healthy and fit as I cam be while getting older.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- I take my Skinny pills (wahmom.biz) daily and they do work
- I drink a lot of water; some green tea
- I fill 1/2 my plate with veges knowing that most are "free foods" depending on how they are cooked
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Aerobics, Walking, Light Strengthening w/ weights, Swimming
