CWAHM of 3 boys and wife to one patient man.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight
  • Eating more organic / natural foods and feeding my children the same
  • Exercising daily

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be as healthy and fit as I cam be while getting older.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I take my Skinny pills (wahmom.biz) daily and they do work
  • I drink a lot of water; some green tea
  • I fill 1/2 my plate with veges knowing that most are "free foods" depending on how they are cooked

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Aerobics, Walking, Light Strengthening w/ weights, Swimming
