I am a single mom and I need to lose weight for my health.
I also want to lose the weight for myself.
The goals I'm working toward:
- I need to lose 120 pounds.
- I have plans on being 145-150
- To look and feel better about myself before July of 09
- changing my eating habits
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
I feeled comfortabel with my weight until I start having back problems.
My favorite healthy food:
Seafood, sodas, candy, gum, steak, cheeseburgers, most noodle dinners, fried chicken
I do love fruits
My guiltiest pleasure:
Chocolate cake, candy,
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
Because I want to be around to see my great grandkids and be able to play with them as I do with my grandkids now.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Stop drinking soda and beer
- Eating health meals and watching my Caloris
- Joined the weight watchers point plane
My favorite activity at the gym is:
