The goals I'm working toward:

  • Trying to lose at least 12 pounds, 22 would be awesome.

Whole wheat pasta's and bread

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate chip cookie dough

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel better and look better so that I know I am setting a good example for my son.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • exercise- the Couch to 5K program
  • The Belly Fat cure - cutting sugar

My favorite activity at the gym is:

elliptical and the weights, but I took a pilates sculpt class and loved it

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My son
  • My new job
