The goals I'm working toward:

since i stopped rigerously working out 3 years ago.
My favorite healthy food:
all kinds of fruit, chicken, salad
My guiltiest pleasure:
Ice cream!! And cereal!
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I like to be confident in everything i do. Whether i'm at home or in public!
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Keeping healthy food in my house.
- Going to the gym regularly.
- Having healthly friends.
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Kickboxing.
Yoga.
Zumba.
Running.
EVERYTHING! i love the gym!
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- winning and participating in many tournaments for sport tkd.
- Getting ahead in school.
