About Me:
First thing first I am a Christian and I love the Lord with all my heart. I love working with Jillian Micheals she is hard core personal trainer will I have her DVD's of her. I love being with my family and friends and my dog. yes I do have a dog his name is sugar ray and yes he is a boxer. I work for a hospital in East TX ETMC As in Nurse aid and I love it will sometimes.
The goals I'm working toward:
- Lose about 30 pounds
- maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle
- giving up sweets
- giving up coffee and sodas
- workout everyday
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
the first day of high school
My favorite healthy food:
grilled vegetables
whole grain pasta
steam vegetables
banana's
whole grain bread
My guiltiest pleasure:
chocolate
candy
dr. pepper
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
in my family has fat genes. Also my grandpa had alot of medial stuff that why I want to be healther and being fit
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Drink alot of water
- take the stairs
- find something postive to say about myself everyday
- workout everyday
