Any fruit and veggies such as carrots, celery, and cucumbers

Almost anything sweet - i love cupcakes and donuts.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to live as long as i can. God promised me 70 years, but my lifestyle of eating is getting in the way of the promise.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Eating plenty of fruits.
- Eating plenty of veggies
- Eating baked and grilled chicken
- Walking on the treadmill
My favorite activity at the gym is:
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- I recently started dieting and i have lost 13 lbs of my goal.
