The goals I'm working toward:

  • remain cancer-free. (Losing weight should help)
  • lose 50 more pounds
  • be able to run a half-marathon

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

grade school

My favorite healthy food:

baby carrots
apples

My guiltiest pleasure:

cookies
cake
anything sweet!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

When I was diagnosed with cancer, I was told that obesity can lead to breast cancer. (Fine time to find out!) Since then I have lost 95 pounds. My mantra - Chemo Sucks! I never want to have to do that again!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Boot Camp classes
  • my new personal trainer!
  • treadmill
  • write down what I eat
  • wait 30 minutes before "breaking down" on the diet - the urge might pass

My favorite activity at the gym is:

crunches
less press
bench presses
treadmill
yoga
acccomplishing anything new

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my children
  • joining Mensa
  • surviving cancer (others call me a role model)
