I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Childhood

My favorite healthy food:

steamed broccoli and cauliflower

My guiltiest pleasure:

fast food, candy, chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I dont want to become diabetic as it runs in both sides of the family

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drinking more water
  • walking instead of catching the bus
  • avoiding TV completely

My favorite activity at the gym is:

treadmill

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Not sure yet
