About Me:

I like sports and broadcasting, and would love to get a job that involves both, either radio or TV. I like to do a lot of editing, both audio and video, so if I could, I would spend all day in an editing suite/room editing stuff.

Some of my favorite teams include the MN Twins, MN Timberwolves, MN Wild, MN Lynx, Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and U of M Golden Gophers (even though I went to St. Cloud State, I like the Gophers a bit better).

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Hitting the 100 pound lost mark
  • Start running when my ankle gets even better
  • Eating healthier/better foods

My favorite healthy food:

Yogurt
Milk
Oatmeal

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

-I don't want to be on medications for the rest of my life
-I want to live longer
-I want to be proud of my body and actually do things that I couldn't do before because of my weight

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Bringing Weight Watchers journal with me, even to work, and tracking what I eat, even if I don't know points/calories for something
  • Working out 5-6 days a week, for at least an hour

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Cardio

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Graduating college
  • Losing 75 pounds
  • Being considered an inspiration for others
