- Track all my food and fitness
- Drink at least ten (8 oz.) glasses of water daily
- Journal about the process
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Spin class
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Raising three children and launching them into responsible adulthood
- Losing 100 pounds
- Ran a marathon in October, 2010
