Retired...trying to lose weight, dr. said the belly fat has to go. Work out at Y 2-3 days a week. Not much will power, so cooking ideas really help.
The goals I'm working toward:
- losing pounds = 15-20 would be nice
- losing inches in waist and belly
- keeping a food journal.

Healthy habits that work for me:
- no soda, lots of water
- no food after 8PM
- watching carbs and sugars
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- teaching 32 years and retiring
- my children and grandchildren
