About Me:

Retired...trying to lose weight, dr. said the belly fat has to go. Work out at Y 2-3 days a week. Not much will power, so cooking ideas really help.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing pounds = 15-20 would be nice
  • losing inches in waist and belly
  • keeping a food journal.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • no soda, lots of water
  • no food after 8PM
  • watching carbs and sugars

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • teaching 32 years and retiring
  • my children and grandchildren
