Have been dealing with my weight my whole life. Was call every name in the book while in high school. I would go on a dite, but give up way to soon. Since then I have done the same things. But I want to lose it because I want to be able to do what I want and not have to worry if I'll be to big or not, and to be able to go in the store and pick something off the rack and know its going to fit.
I also was in the doc a bit back and he said if you don't lose weight, and the lab test are the same next time you know I am going to have to say your diabetic.
The goals I'm working toward:
- Losing 50+
- geting more healthy
- Doing more things with my family.

I want to be able to watch my kids grow up, and do more with my family, and not have to go on meds for diabites.
