About Me:

I'm a clean eater, following the Eat-Clean Diet (not a diet, it's a lifestyle!!) by Tosca Reno...she's saved me!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Weight Loss-about 40lbs
  • Lifestyle
  • Toning my lose muscles!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Grade 6

My favorite healthy food:

Whole grain pasta/bread...love the carbs!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Ice Cream! (Any flavor unfortunately, it's my biggest weakness!)

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be able to wear sexy clothers and not be bulging out of them!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I drink a lot of water!
  • I'm an avid runner...even in the dead cold of winter!
  • I've limited my coffee addiction to 1 cup every morning with a bit of skim milk!

My favorite activity at the gym is:
