About Me:

I am working on losing weight and getting fit. I write a weight loss and fitness blog for DesignerWhey/Biggest Loser Protein. I want folks to know that if you are struggling with weight issues, you aren't alone and there is so much support out there...we can do this..together we will reach our weight loss and fitness goals! I still have a long way to go... I have lost almost 70 lbs on my own so far..it's not easy..but it's so worth it!!!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 100 lbs
  • Becoming fit
  • Being the the best 'version of me' possible!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

forever!! :(

My favorite healthy food:

Yummy fun salads and protein shakes!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate...oh and whip cream! :(

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I am ready to embrace life and I'm not 'ok' with hiding behind food to solve what ever anymore....

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stopped eating at Fast Food places
  • eat lots of salads
  • Drinking lots of water everyday

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Hula dance lessons! I love Hula it's fun! I also have been going to Spin classes, what a great work out that really make you sweat!!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Losing 70 lbs...didnt ever think it was possible!!
  • Writing my monthly blog. It's really has helped to keep me focased and if I help even one perosn who reads it..that makes me feel really good!
