I want to feel better about myself, and be able to do more physically.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Stopped drinking Pepsi, drink only water and green tea now
- Got rid of unhealthy snacks and substituted fruits
- Walk a lap around my local mall each day during my lunch break
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Treadmill
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Losing 20 lbs of the 50 I want to lose so far
- Stopping drinking Pepsi and drinking water instead
- Not giving up
