I want to feel better about myself, and be able to do more physically.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stopped drinking Pepsi, drink only water and green tea now
  • Got rid of unhealthy snacks and substituted fruits
  • Walk a lap around my local mall each day during my lunch break

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Treadmill

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Losing 20 lbs of the 50 I want to lose so far
  • Stopping drinking Pepsi and drinking water instead
  • Not giving up
