I lost 26.6 ounces and 16 inches in 2008... looking forward to 2009.
The goals I'm working toward:
- 20% of body weight lost in 2009
- Walk/jog a 5K in October 2009
- Creating ROUTINE in my life...

fish, salmon especially

- More water
- Smaller portions
- More movement
My favorite activity at the gym is:
elliptical at my aunt's house actually, do not go to gym

- going back to college
