I'm a sociopath. Well, I used to be.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 25 pounds.
  • Dropping 3-4 sizes.
  • Feeling good in a bikini.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Thanksgiving 2008.

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled chicken.
Most vegetables.
Broccolini!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Food. All of it.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be more attractive. I want to feel more attractive. My mom looks better than I do. (She is really hot, though.)

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking only water.
  • Taking the stairs.
  • Parking far from the door so I have to walk.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Ask me in one month.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Going to my first fitness class.
  • Not vomiting at said class.
