Grilled chicken salad, Hummus, fruit

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I feel better when I am eating healthy:)

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Carry healthy snacks when you are on the go
  • eating every 2-3 hours
  • Never miss breakfast and try to eat some protein
  • drinking lots of water

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I love weight machines or my stepper
