Lean, lean beef
oranges, pears, watermelon

My guiltiest pleasure:

Diet Caff-free Coke
fast food
any kind of sweets, esp. choc!!!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I feel better!!!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drink only water or limited Crystal Light
  • staying aware of my food
  • limiting alcohol intake

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Nothing really!!! LoL
treadmill, lite weights, swimming

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • getting AND maintaining my BELOW my goal wt for 5yrs!!!
  • my ability to manage my Chr. Pain
